Stopped by earlier while with one of my training clients just to help socialize the puppy I was working with today. The staff were busy helping other customers but immediately greeted with a welcoming hello!
I was not there to purchase shoes but have been a customer before and felt it would be a good opportunity to introduce Kash
(doberman puppy) to anyone willing to say hello.
Carli ( with a C ) , Michelle & Karly (with a k) were so friendly and talkative I decided to try on a pair of new Birkenstocks. Carli helped me find the perfect size in both pairs I was interested in and I ended up purchasing both! I Did not plan to spend $200+ but knowing the quality it was a happy and needed purchase. Plus supporting local and enjoying amazing service while shoe shopping with your well behaved pup is a fun day! Thanks again ladies!

Very cool place with nice helpful staff. Full selection of Birkenstock shoes and other premium brands. Lots of air accessories and socks. Prices are premium but the service is well worth it. Downtown Street parking. Close to everything you need.

Julia was really wonderful and was so kind and patient as I tried on 6 different styles. I was also looking to get my foot properly measured and she was spot on with what was right for my feet and knows her stuff! Visiting from out of town and it was a great experience and she made me feel very comfortable through the experience as I’m a very shy person. We talked about pink Birkenstocks and Jason Momoa!

I visited the downtown store several days ago and was treated very well. the salesperson was kind and patient as i tried on several pairs of birkenstocks i needed for work. while i ultimately did not buy a pair of shoes that day, i will return to do more business there, as it was a very good experience

Excellent selection of healthy shoes that are not frumpy looking. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone - even if you do not need a healthy shoe - they have many super comfortable options. Love it!

I wish I could call out the gal that helped me yesterday by name, but I missed her name. I was so impressed with this "main street USA" store. Very friendly, service oriented, not pushy, and incredibly helpful. I was looking for a birthday gift for my wife and only had a vague idea of what she wanted. I got "Fred Factor" treatment and service and my wife was thrilled with the selection!

I thought that a shoe store named "Birkenstock" would have a nice selection of Birkenstocks. Nope, they have maybe 7 options on a small table, the rest of the store is about 98% Uggs and other brands I had no interest in.

Awesome shop. I have weird feet and have been looking for some sandals for years. They were able to fit me to a pair of wide chaco's and I was so happy.
