I’m not one to typically leave reviews but I went in wanting a new Bluetooth car radio and the Autotech Noah was extremely helpful. Purchased the radio over the weekend and told him my brother would be installing it. He went over everything with me, was very patient, and informative. There is a piece my brother wasn’t comfortable hooking up for my steering wheel buttons so I went back and Noah offered to help me instantly, got it all set up and showed me how to use the Apple play. I feel a good review was the least I could do. I will be going back for the parking cameras and anything I’ll be needing! I’m so thankful for the amazing help!

Why from here with a 15 day return policy when you can buy the same product elsewhere at the same price.They want you to pay to become eligible for returns. Lame.

I ordered two unlocked phones to see if they would work with my wireless plan. I opened one to see if it was compatible. I left the other one sealed.When I returned them, the employee opened the sealed one which I observed, and told me it was also opened. Charging me a 45 dollar opened fee. The second phone was not opened.I will never buy from Best Buy- again.I no longer trust this company.Again, I observed this employee opened it and then try to tell me-I opened it.Shame on you Best Buy.You lost a loyal customer.

Problem with best buy is if you go to the actual store looking for something rather than online shopping, you will find the in store models to be just a little different (lower specs) than the online models. It's like they hope you don't check the Internet before making a purchase and find out you would be paying more for less options/features as you would online.I would make best buy a very last resort in my electronics purchases.Best buy, if you are reading this: stop with the "knock off" models and just sell the correct ones that have all the features that are sold everywhere else.

I ordered a Proform Treadmill for Xmas for our family. It arrived after Xmas, that’s okay. They let me know ahead of time they were short handed for delivery and installation. It took over 2 hours for two guys to get it put together. They never got it to work. I knew I should have made them just take it back with them but I was told they would check with their boss to see if they could get a part sent right away to fix it. A week later I never had heard about the part. I could not get a hold of a local manager, I just get their customer service. Every time I call I would get transferred several times. No one knew how to get me to someone who could help. I just asked to have it picked up and returned. I made the appointment with the CS rep from Best Buy. I got a call from them a day later the appointment was canceled. No one can tell me why. Now I’ve called for about the 10th time. The pickup is rescheduled. Hopefully this time they don’t cancel again. I just want my money back and to be done with them. At this point I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

I actually had a human assist me with my shopping. It was very refreshing. Young man was very helpful. Great customer service skills.

Lacking staff like most retail stores currently, however they are well informed & kind mannered to help locate items & be quick to notice any persons looking for help in the store. I hadn’t found exactly my needed items, there was a lot of people everywhere. Crowded.
