Found a sales associate right away, handed him a printout of what we wanted, he pulled the product, we paid for it and walked out of the store. Easy- easy. Took all of 10 minutes. No waiting for it to come in the mail.

I’m leaving a review because there is no direct phone number to talk to management without being routed to the corporate number. I love this location but today I felt really frustrated by the way a manager spoke to a few younger employees (who were learning and who it seems may have made a mistake while they were ringing us up). The manager seemed frustrated at them and sharply asked to speak to one of them in private. Dude- do not do the teaching in front of customers! I am sure the employee was embarrassed or felt ashamed. Just left a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel bad about the ordeal. I did appreciate the help I received in resolving the issue I had though. Just wish it had been handled differently.

ROUGH experience. When you walk in and there’s SEVEN employees laughing and giggling and hanging out right at the entrance and only one poor girl working in the phone section. There was a line of four people wanting to get help with phone and the crew of staff members never once left their post to help.
I’m assuming gray shirt means manager? They didn’t assign anyone to come help, they didn’t send staff back to their positions, they all just stood there and looked at all of us needing help.
When one staff member slumped into a chair near the phones we got their attention and asked for help. Begrudgingly they started answering our questions…..while texting. We couldn’t even get his full attention after waiting 20+ minutes for any one of the staff members playing games with each other at the front of the store to walk ten steps over and help.
All three people in line walked out. We’re going to T-Mobile to buy a phone due to poor customer service.

Will never make another purchase, due to their “policy” regarding extended warranties. If you bought an item & purchased extended warranty, and had the product quit working between their 15 day return and the 4 yr warranty ( less than 3 months), they will make you purchase warranty AGAIN on the exchanged item! So, $25 for less than 3 months, then charged $25 for the next warranty! They don’t transfer, and I doubt most people know this. This and that their customer service SUCKS and made what should have been simple, but was anything but. When this headphone quits I’m done with Best Buy! They don’t explain any of this upfront, but give attitude when you get blindsided by all their “rules”! Buyer Beware!

Never order a phone from Best Buy!! This has been an all around horrible experience. They were unable to activate it properly, then delayed my order because of that without telling me. Then they accidentally turned my current cell phone service off(!) and it took hours on hold to get it turned back on. When they finally shipped the phone they told me it would arrive in two weeks instead of overnight and there was nothing they could do. This has cost me hours of my life, left me without cell service and without a graduation gift I was planning on giving and been all around the worst customer advice experience I have had. I will never spend money with Best Buy again and I advise everyone else to shop elsewhere.

Just bought a brand new GoPro here 12 (which is fine) needed an internal ssd strorage, worker who works in the electronics section told me this internal ssd would work with my new GoPro. Got home and tried to put it in but it’s no where near fitting. It’s the compete wrong ssd for my GoPro. Thanks a lot for wasting my time and money Best Buy.

I purchased a car stereo April 27 and they told me they were about 3 1/2 weeks out from installation. The morning of my appointment myself and my wife both got a text to confirm. She drove an hour to the store and they said they were overbooked and couldn’t do it for another 3 1/2 weeks!! As you can imagine, my wife was pissed!! I called the store multiple times only to get sent to a call center in Pakistan. When I finally spoke with the gentleman, he said if I brought my car in At noon on Friday, he would have it finished Saturday. That should have given him plenty of time to work on it. I don’t think they touched my car on Friday and got a call saying they might not be able to finish it on Saturday. So I went into the store and of course I’m pissed off. It’s been 7 1/2 weeks since I purchased the car stereo and now three trips an hour away and an hour to Home to get this done.. The manager that me at first was nice then she came back and was super rude telling me that he’s working through his lunch and he’s gonna have to work overtime on his Friday to get this finished. They did get it finished late Saturday afternoon, but the experience was brutal !! I will never deal with Best Buy again who waits eight weeks to get their car stereo installed and three trips to another town to get it done. I thought I was going with a namebrand big company. Everything would go smoothly. It was horrible and I would not recommend them to anybody.!!

So rude and unhelpful. Took my sons JBL speaker in that stopped working for o hopefully get some direction on how to maybe get it fixed and nothing. No direction, helpful suggestion, just a rude blow off.
