Went in to look at new vehicles and was paired up with Alex W. Talk about a killer represtation, this guy was upfront, honest and patient with us the whole time. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our seemingly silly and important questions all the same with knowledge and passion. He went to bat for us from square one. We spent a decent amount of time with him and it was easy to do. If you are I'm the market for a Honda or one of the used cars that Honda has on their lot, you'll have 0 issues with the process from start to finish with Alex. Absolutely great experience in buying my new 2024 Passport. Price beat competitors in Portland, and process from sales agent, to sales manager to finance manager was seamless and smooth while avoiding hard sales techniques.
