Wanted to buy my car I had online for sale, we agreed on a price and at the last minute they told me $500 less take it or leave it. Extremely unprofessional and will never do business here.
Update 1:Not what happened. I discussed on the phone that under 300 miles were added since I brought my vehicle in. I live 25 miles from the dealership. The employee I was working with texted at 5pm and told me we would have a deal if I brought it in the following morning. I was also not told it would take 2-3 weeks to be paid. Added is text message proof. I sold the vehicle easily to Toyota for our original amount of 31k and walked out with a check that day.

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. Sherief was incredible to work with and went above and beyond for us. We were buyers from out of state and the whole team made the process so seamless. Car was exactly as advertised. Would not hesitate to recommend Bend Honda to anyone looking to purchase a car. 10 outta 10 for us.

The team at Bend Honda greatly exceeded our expectations. Tracey did an amazing job listening to us to ensure we were looking at the type of vehicles we were interested in and was insightful and friendly throughout, without sounding fake or pushy. Wish I could give them less stars. I have a Honda car and tried calling to schedule an appointment to get a key for my car as a backup because I was told by Honda that was the only way it could be done. Kept getting transferred around to different departments until I was hung up on. Figured it was busy day or something tried again the next day, finally seemed like I was getting somewhere and was told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment to get another key because again I was told it was the only way it could be done. Didn’t receive a call back that day. Called again the next day and was told the same thing, explained that I had already been told I would be called back and never was. I was then hung up on again. Went to ace hardware instead to see if there was any chance they could and surprise they were able too. They ordered me a replacement for 1/2 the price Honda was saying was my only option. Terrible customer service and was straight up lied to.

We recently purchased a used Subaru crosstrek from Bend Honda. It was a great experience. We made an offer were made a counter offer and settled on a price. There wasn’t a bunch of back and forth that you get from most dealers. We were in and out quickly . We had a minor hiccup with the car the next day. Since we were traveling we needed to leave early the next morning and David had a technician stay late to fix it, and came in early the next morning so we could head back to Idaho. Thank you so much David, absolutely exceptional customer service!! Naomi was fantastic as our sales person. Very professional and friendly. Thank you to Alex in the finance department, he made the transaction seamless. Thank you to the service department for staying late getting us on the road safely!!
Thanks again Bend Honda you went above and beyond.

This place sucks don't buy here go to Portland instead. Horrible customer service. Waiting in line for service and the guy goes to the girl who just walked in and behind me and starts helping her. Then I walk to the sales floor because I need to add my other vehicle to the oil change package I bought with the car I bought. The package was 4 oil changes a year on 2 vehicle for lifetime of the vehicles so 2 per year per vehicle. Didnt have my other car at the dealership so I couldn't add it at the time. They told me that's fine just to bring it in in the next year to add it. So come today and they tell me it has to be added at the time of purchase. Well why did you tell me otherwise when I bought the car. Because if that was the case I wouldnt of spent the money to buy the damn package. The finance manger wouldn't even talk to me himself. Will never buy from this place again, ron tonkin Honda towards Portland was an awesome place to buy way better service and trustworthy.

Stopped into the Service Department without an appointment twice in the past six weeks to address some relatively minor issues with my Honda Pilot (key fob reprogramming, wheel lock key replacement) and Ty, the service manager, solved my issues and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes both times, at no charge! Seriously, it was like making a pit stop at the Indy 500.
I'm usually a little suspicious of the big auto dealerships when it comes to service (cost, upsell), but Bend Honda completely earned my trust and appreciation with these two experiences, and I'll definitely be returning in the future for all necessary maintenance on my Pilot. Thank you Ty, and thank you Bend Honda. You rock.

The staff here has been amazing every time we’ve come in to test drive. They were friendly helpful and willing to run numbers and found the prices to be competitive to those in the valley. We ended up buying another vehicle brand both times due to family needs but 1000 percent recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a Honda!

My wife and I had an exceptional experience working with Alessia at Honda. She was very pleasant, responsive and watched our three kids while we toured the car and finished paperwork. She even came into work twice on her day off to help us finalize the deal. Five stars!

I have been working with Bend Honda for a very long time and I have not always had good experiences, especially with the service department, but my more recent dealings have changed my feelings.
Patrick Leary, took great care of me and my car on multiple occasions. He was very professional, thorough and had great communication skills. He made sure I didn’t miss pick up and drop off with my kids and that I had competitive quotes. He was honest and consistent with what he told me. He was fast and friendly. He walked me to my car and checked up on how things were going.
I really can’t recommend him enough.
Chris worked on my car and did a great job with a fast turn around.
