My check engine light came on so I drove to the dealership without an appointment. It was understood that it would take all day but they got right on it, dealt with a couple of things that came up during inspection, and my car was done before noon. Very helpful and courteous.

It was a simple oil change which I
Paid for at purchase. They looked the car over and recommended air and cabin filters. I do those myself. They did a full inspection so I know what the condition of the brakes, tires, oil Seals, transmission, etc . No pressure to use their shop. I’m a happy customer.

I continue using Bend Honda to service my 2016 Pilot. They are always quick and reasonably priced. I have not had any major problems with my 8 year old vehicle. That may be due in part by keeping up with the periodic service done by the qualified people at Bend Honda.
