This car wash has gone no where but down the drain. The new owners don’t care to keep up on the business. Half the stalls never work and the ones that do, don’t have many options but rinse. I’ve been washing cars here for about 10 years, time to find a new place.

Standard do-it-yourself car wash with every other Bay left in mudder residue from the good old boys going out and playing with their jacked up trucks. I myself just came off the trails and wanted to clean my car to avoid scratches and what not. Your preference of contact washing is up to you to decide that I find the Jets effective.

Most features don't work or work poorly, 2 lanes flat out don't work. Only really worked for a quick hose and scrub. Not what it once was....needs better Maintenance

Just got a 22 dollars charge on my card for a self serve wash? At the flying frog........ . Hahahaha! Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. HAAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Thank you for this laugh.
Listen closely, your facility has been inundated with meth abusers and criminals for years. Not long ago a woman brandished a rusty blade at my dog next to your dysfunctional vacuums.
You should pay us to use your facility.
The community is not stoked with you guys. Your systems are error prone or you are stealing from people. In either case, a refund will be acquired.

Used to be really good, so not sure what happened. More than half the lanes are constantly closed and the ones that aren't are barely working. Prepare to get covered with water leaking from the pressure washers. Zero vacuum pressure on the vacuums. Will not be coming back anymore which is a shame since this has been my go-to self wash for years now.

I visited on 3/6/24 and swiped my bank card. Nothing worked, not even a drop of water or soap. I went to the next bay over, same thing. I think the entire facility was frozen over as there was ice on some of the tools in some of the bays. I pulled out and parked on the street while I looked for another place to go and noticed two other vehicles do the same thing, they tried and left without getting a car wash so it was clear that nothing was working. I hit stop on the machine as soon as I noticed nothing was working. I was still charged $2.00. I know that's not a lot of money, but I drove from Redmond to Bend just to get my car washed (I can't take mine through a regular car wash), left with a dirty car and was still charged for a service I didn't receive. I have called and texted the number they provide on the machine but no one has answered or called me back. It seems this is a REGULAR occurrence, people getting charged or overcharged and no one ever answers the phone. The 1 star reviews on YELP outnumber the positive reviews. They shouldn't be allowed to keep stealing from people.

Come here all the time. Not sure I’ll come here anymore. If I can’t save money versus a drive-through car wash. Maybe I saved two dollars rather just drive-through. I guess prices are up for everyone.
