HIGHLY recommend! Great service, pricing and knowledge base. I will absolutely come back to this shop for all issues with my Honda Element. They fixed an issue that I've had with my car for two years that multiple other shops could not figure out. It was priced fairly and they did not add anything that wasn't necessary just to charge me more $$.

My brother had a situation with this radiator, and when he called other shops to try to get in & fixed quickly to get back to eugene for a doctor's appt. he was laughed at. Bend auto care got his jeep in and out in in time to make his appointment. Now that the jeep is mine I had an issue with the starter. Again bend autocare got my jeep fixed in a timely manner and a fair price. Customer for life.

My dad took his truck in to get his oil pumped fixed along with a couple other things. He picked up the truck and didn't think about checking under the hood to make sure everything was good to go. 2 days later he went out of town for a month. He came back and truck didn't start he noticed there was a leak on a hose wich he repaired. He also noticed the engine cover was gone.He gave them a call to tell them the engine cover was gone. They told him they didnt take off any covers and what they fixed is to the side of the engine and doesn't require them to take off any covers. He decided to take the truck in along with the receipt to show them what they fixed required them to take off the cover. The owner told him he personally fixed his truck and if he were to take a cover off it would be sitting in the shop. Telling him the truck had no cover when he took it in. Now he will have to order and purchase a cover since they won't pay for it.Make sure you are checking everything when getting your cars back. 2 stars because everything else was repaired correctly.

Like another reviewer mentioned, I would strongly suggest getting a quote before dropping your car off. They tried to charge me a $250 diagnostic fee to tell me my brakes were bad and I needed a new cabin air filter. As a fairly new car owner, I had no idea what to expect, but several more experienced men in my life were pretty shocked at that number. I was told that $250 was for an hour on the brakes and an hour on the AC, which, per their website, they diagnose for free. The extra hour would have been more reasonable if they had looked into the suspension like I'd asked. They did waive the AC hour after I pressed and mentioned the reaction of the two car guys I consulted. So, idk, ladies, bring back up. I wound up taking the repairs elsewhere to save another $475.

I am truly amazed with these guys. They took care of my truck when I needed it even though it was a last minute request. Their service and communication were excellent and they even went above and beyond to help me settle my insurance claim. Highly recommended!

Great service, filled my AC within an hour and gave me a great price too! Foreign and domestic vehicles can be serviced here. And the reception is always pleasant. Highly recommend!
