I’m from out of state. I visited the store called before I went to be sure they had the product I want it which was chasing fireflies. I got there after 40 minute drive and they didn’t have any in stock. They haven’t had it for a week. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced going to Bath and body Works now becausethey’re just rude. It was the manager and assistant manager and they wouldn’t give me their name. They said they weren’t allowed there was against our policy which I’ve never heard such a thing. It was just a really bad experience. I’m disappointed.

Horrendous customer service. Person at the desk claimed to be the manager and then refused to provide their name after our complaint.

Terrible customer service. Recommend you order online and pick up- the sales attendants are rude and ensure a poor customer service experience.

Had a negative experience here today. Tried to return or exchange a product I purchased last week with a receipt and the original card and was told they do not do returns or exchanges on seasonal or holiday items- the receipt that I had says returns and exchanges are accepted for a year. They did not honor the receipt and no longer do returns or exchanges which they should tell people. I was also told customers are not allowed to sample products… which was new. They have changed a lot of their policies and information. I found the employees named Jess, Michelle, and Whitney to be horribly rude. Worst customer service I have received in my life. I also ordered a candle online and when it arrived it was broken. I tried to do a return or exchange and the tall red haired woman told us it was because of how I had it shipped- BBW is the one who shipped it to me and I opened the box and the glass on the candle was broken. What am I supposed to do that’s how it arrived? Rudest employees and they are usually so friendly and nice but I couldn’t believe how rude they were!!! I am still shocked.

Been shopping here for many years. Never a disappointment. I received the new add this morning and arrived at the store when they opened. They were out of the advertised product I stopped in for. Asked for a rain check was told no. Asked to speak with store manager. Was told he or she wasn't there. Was told they were sorry but couldn't help. I was told to reach out to customer service. They too told me they could not help me. I asked for a Supervisor in Customer Service. Was told one wasn't available. Left a message for supervisor to call me back. We'll see...Very disappointed.

Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior from the assistant manager. My daughter was looking for a bigger bottle spray in a drawer that’s available and the assistant manager gets in her face and proceeds to yell: “Don’t open the drawer. This is not Victoria’s Secret. I work here and I am the assistant manager!!!”I was appalled at her approaching my daughter like that and I had to protect her back and say; “ok but you don’t need to yell you can kindly ask”. I could believe how unprofessional she was. She should be embarrassed for behaving this way.
