I’ve been to multiple baskin Robbin’s over the years in three different states. It’s consistent most of the time. I order the cappuccino blast. When the teenagers are working late evenings, they don’t fill the cup up to the proper line. And the whip cream is a squirt. As a s.l in a different state they arnt giving out the proper portions. A medium is more like 3/4 filled and I pretty much got the 16oz in a medium cup. For the price of the drink I should get what I ordered. Otherwise I love baskin! Such a great selection of ice cream

Ordered a sundae from Uber Eats, and when it arrived the 3 scoops were tiny, the ice cream was half melted, and there was no whipped cream. Can anyone tell me they’ve ever gotten a sundae without whipped cream unless by request? (When i called after delivery they said they don’t include whipped cream because it can melt, and that the sundae scoops are smaller than normal- neither of which are stated when you order). If you can’t deliver a quality product than don’t bother, because that’s how you end up with 1star reviews and VERY unhappy customers who will never come back.

Thank you so much to the kind gentleman that made a short notice special request cake!! The cake was absolutely delicious and definitely made my boyfriends birthday! His grandfather would buy the fudge nut cake for his mom and the tradition continued! Thank you for your kindness!! We appreciate you!!

Very good ice cream but very poor customer service from the teenagers that work currently. I was standing in line waiting to order and one girl was just standing there making no eye contact. I had to go up to her and ask if she was ready to take my order. She turned over to her co-worker and started laughing. Super unfriendly and uncomfortable experience.

The manager Todd is enthusiastic, thorough and very helpful. The team did an extremely great job with my full sheet ice cream cake! He even gave me advice on the best way to cut it. Appreciate the lettering! Always nice to come in.
