Customer service in this branch just doesn’t exist.I truly despise BofA but the staff in here are even a few steps down from that. Sorry for the inconvenience and asking questions about my money.

They offerred minimal help to my situation, and a manager came out of nowhere and treated me in a very condescending manner. I left and went to Chase bank where they worked with me and solved my problem.

They closed their business hours earlier than other banks. The customer service spirit is so poor. I really hate it so much!!!

We received a PPP Loan. Bank of America automatically created a separate account for the funds. They were used in accordance to the SBA guidelines for payroll. This helped a lot! What did we notice on the account today??? A 13.00 maintenance fee. Of course! Greedy bank with slimy tactics finding a way to make more money during crisis. This will be tweeted to the CEO. Please pass on if you've experienced the same.

I’ve banked here personally for 15 years and had my business account here for 10 years. BUT because I didn’t also have a business loan account, I was not able to apply for the PPP loan with them in time to actually get in. By the time they changed their criteria, it was too late. The SBA funds are now exhausted. I’m switching banks, they have always been a mess but this is the last straw. Zero help from the local branch, just a lot of run around. Bye!

I want to give Bank of America 4 stars but I'm giving it five stars bc homeboy who helped me with my account gave me a pen and I said I'll give ya a 5 review instead of a 4 for that there pen. I'm a writer and I'm low on cash but rich in friends and family, so it was nice to be given the pen. I feel the love. Solid bank, good vibes, nice town, very helpful even took 12$ of fees off my account. It's a bank that's most places, so it's easily accessible. I support credit unions as well. Support local, that's my strong suggestion.
