Checked online item was in stock at the Branch. It actually asked me to pay and collect in 1 hour. Went down to the Branch, only to be told I used the online site incorrectly and the item had to be ordered from supplier! The same item is STILL showing as in stock. Purchased same items from my local O'Reilly Parts Store. Autozone lost a $70 sale. Very dissapointed :(

Fantastic service. Employee offered to install my wiper blade for me while I continued to shop with my infant. I did not go in expecting that and was very pleasantly surprised.

I have had very positive good experiences with this Autozine.
Today the lady said they were understaffed, which I know can add stress to a workplace.
She still helped me do my part swap and warranty replacement..
Being a patient customer has always worked well for me and also helps alleviate the stress of a workplace that is understaffed.
