“My best friend’s 83 year old parents were stranded overnight along their trip across Oregon. The dealership couldn’t get them in for two weeks! Talked with Nate and he treated us like VIPs. By the end of they had the starter fixed and two other serious issues taken care of. Everything explained well an without pressure to upsell. The rates were so reasonable, I paid for the repairs myself so they could travel without worrying about the costs or whether their truck could make the trip. I haven’t taken a vehicle to a shop in over 16 years, but I won’t hesitate to take them to Elite Fleet in the future.”

“Went to Les Schwab first, told me $700+ dollars to replace rear brake pads, turn drums. Call Breaks For Less, got me right in, drum were fine, didn’t need to be turned, rear brake pads replaced and out the door for under $200! Great peeps, honest work, highly recommend these guys!!”

“Well... 6 months later here we are again! Came back up from California to pickup a 2020 BMW X3 from Kendall. Came up that weekend and traded in my Dodge Charger Scat Pack for it and drove back home. Once again cannot recommend Auston and Kendal BMW more. Didn't have to wait too long before I could get my car back so the service was fast. The pricing was the real coup de gras, it was overall pretty inexpensive and the waiting area was nice. “We had our first service appointment on our Subaru yesterday. We met with Emily to go over any questions we had with our car. She was thorough and helpful. Paul helped us with the check-in and check-out process with our service. Appreciated the detailed description of what was serviced and checked. Paul was friendly and made us feel valued. “After 11 years and 170,000 miles, my ’12 WRX lost compression in one cylinder. And then, the fifth gear synchro started acting up. Should I buy a new car? Or, should I fix what I got? I was aware of Mike’s reputation, but I lived some 800 miles distant. Finding a competent, professional shop closer to home is not as easy as it sounds. I liked Mike’s recommendations: build a new engine around a warranted Subaru short block. This is exactly what he did about six months ago to my WRX. Have I had any issues? No. Not a single one. He replaced my transmission a few weeks ago in early December. Dropped it off in the morning; picked it up in the afternoon. Have I had any issues with the new transmission? No. Not a single one. You Subaru folks around Bend are spoiled having Subie Tech in town. Some of us have to drive a few miles. Thanks Mike and crew, I really appreciate what you’ve done sorting out my like-new WRX.”
