I am happy with the service we received at this dealership! I love our new Dodge Durango! The process was easy, and the dealership did take care of us. We had a couple of issues with the blinker on the driver's side, so I ended up dealing with the manager to get the bugs all figured out! And the issue with the blinker was that the person in service put in the wrong headlight assembly. There were wires not even hooked up and we had to drive like that for almost 4 weeks. 1 other thing is they should have had the car detailed as they knew we were coming over from 2 hours away to look at it. I knew I wanted it however, would have been nice if the engine bay had been detailed! Again they did get us taken care of, it was just a process!! If you have a car in mind that you would like to look at, make the drive! The process of buying the car was painless. To get the bugs all worked out, we didn't have to drive down to Bend they found us a dealership closer to us to get the bugs all worked out. I started off with Tony on the phone and he got all of the work pretty much done between me starting to talk with him and then when we got down to the lot! I knew he wasn’t going to be there when I got there it was gonna be Mackenzie (sp) and it still was painless! Greg in financing was nice to deal with as well! I definite do recommend this dealership and if you are a distance away make the drive!!! Thank you guys!

I purchased my first vehicle from ANG and I am so happy with how it went. First, no pressure when I went and test drove the first day. Tony was awesome! Second, the buying process itself was simple and stress free. I answered questions over the phone to start the process and when I went in to finalize everything I was done in less then 30 minutes.
Lastly we wanted a matching tire and rim for the spare and they were able to find a way to make it happen. Hands down would recommend purchasing from here.

We bought a vehicle over the phone, 3,000 miles across the country from Auto Network Group. The process was simple and quick! Greg and Mckenzie were great to work with. Communication was great as well; even with our 3 hour time difference. I bothered Greg with questions (probably too many times), but his response was always patient! My husband flew in, and ANG had arranged someone to pick him up at the airport (in said vehicle we purchased). I would recommend ANG; they get 5 stars from us!

This is probably the best dealership I've ever been to. They bend over backwards to make you happy.
I drove 3.5 hours away for a rubicon. When I got there I found multiple things wrong with the jeep and they didn't bat an eye. They drove it to discount tires and put brand new tires on it. Unfortunately we couldn't get the others addressed that day and I needed to take the vehicle home due to being 3.5 hours away so they dropped the price according to the issues without any push back at all.
Great experience and very genuine people that work here and run the business. I will definitely buy my next rubicon from them?

I really appreciated Erik, Greg, and the team at Auto Network Group. I bought a car that was well taken care of (consistent oil changes) and looked brand new (even though it was 3 years old). They were very patient with me. I came by 3 times before I decided to buy from them.
Someone recommended Auto Network Group. I would recommend them also. They have good quality vehicles and a great team of people.

DO not buy from these people. They're the worse......From the beginning i thought i was tripping, then after trying to buy a vehicle cash, i realized they were Racist people, don't let their fake smile fool you. They will play you for being a minority or person of color. Watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will outsmart you if you let them. I don't recommend them, Beware of MacKenzie and his sale staff, he'll pretend to call owner. They're not transparent and will not try to help out the customer. Customer service is as good as what drops in the toilet. And you can smell it too. Just warning ⚠️ they deserve no stars. I took my money elsewhere where my business was wanted and I saved 8900 buying elsewhere.
