Thank you thank you thank you ! Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and warm hearted people. I showed up without an appointment first thing this morning and a car I wanted checked out before I bought it, and they did a wonderful job fitting me in and steering me clear of a terrible mess. Truly rays of sunshine in the frustration of auto problems !

JuliAnn and crew are AWESOME! While picking my son up from school I heard a loud squeal coming from my engine bay. I immediately drove it to the RAM service center who proceeded to tell me they would not be able to look at it for at least 2 months. I called around off of just random Google searches and came across the auto clinic of Bend. JuliAnn immediately told me to bring it on in even though their shop was almost closed. When I got there she quickly diagnosed it with another mechanic free of charge as the water pump going out. We scheduled an appointment for the following Monday for me to bring it in and have it worked on. After they started getting ready to do the work they found out they needed another radiator company to evacuate/refill the registrant due to the newer refrigerant my truck uses and that the cost was really high. They quickly urged me to call around and find a better price to which I did and had my appointment push back to the following Thursday. I scheduled the evacuation from another garage, who proceeded to rip me off and charge me almost double what I was originally quoted without talking to me, feel free to look up my other reviews, and then brought it in to the shop on Thursday to get fixed. They had this complete within 3 hours under the price I was quoted.
The people at the shop are super friendly, The shop itself is a cool eclectic blend of decorations and has a really awesome vibe, and the three other customers that I ran into over my time in the shop were all really pleased excited and overjoyed with the experience that they had. This is a family-owned father-daughter shop that takes pride in their work and are just really cool people to even talk to. Being new to the area I have found my permanent mechanic and I'm so overjoyed to have found the gem of automotive mechanics in the greater Bend area.

Extremely disappointed. I had them replace the Ring and Pinion and bearings in my 2019 F250. They were very helpful in getting it done in a short timeline and I appreciated that, however, The rear end failed in less than 7,000 miles, in Moab Utah where I had to have a different shop take it apart and replace it again. I called the Auto Clinic and let them know what was happening and was instructed to bring the parts back so they could send them back for possible warranty. Long story short, I paid $3,000 of which $1,793 was parts, for a repair that failed. There warranty does state that all warranty work must be done in their shop so I understand I'm out labor, but they offered to only reimburse me for their cost only of the parts ($650+-). I will share my experience with everyone that asks me for a recommendation. All they had to do was stand behind their work and I would have been singing their praises, be careful who you choose.

Got me in fairly quick and we're very honest and open about my issues and even made some suspension adjustments to my coil overs. It's definitely a small mom and pop shop with some real car people at the helm. They like cars, build custom cars, and live the car life which I really appreciate. I'd definitely trust them with any problem beyond my capacity. Plus, they work on older and newer vehicles which is a plus for me as I have both. They also weren't that expensive so I believe they're a good value.

The best! This is the place if you’re looking to get work done on your vehicle! Brakes, motor work, you name it, I’ve had so much done here. From my classics and old square bodies, to our newer cars, this is where we go. I have never had a problem and the service is quick and super reliable! Staff is awesome and helpful…I will keep coming back for sure!
