I have had to have my car in auto body shops four times since 2017! The first time was the result of a hail storm which just about totaled my car, the second time, a woman backed into my car at a concert in the Old Mill, the third time, a gentleman at Subaru of Bend insisted that I let him back my car out of a tight parking place because he was sure that I, a mere female wasn’t capable. This time, a woman ran into me. All the other times I’ve taken my car to another repair shop. On average, I had to wait an extra 3 or four weeks to have the work completed!This time was an amazing and refreshing wonderful experience. There was no fighting with the insurance company due to more costs, and my car was finished and detailed at least a week before projected! Thank you so much, Ryan Metzler and Auto Body Concepts!

Had to take the whip in due to a fender-bender. Insurance company sent us to ABC and we couldn't be happier!
Friendly staff, quick estimate, finished product looks great AND they cleaned the whole car!!

We had a great experience with Auto Body Concepts. Brian called us once a week to keep us updated on the progress. The shop was courteous and professional, and our truck is back to new. Would highly recommend to anyone. Their reputation is as excellent as their work.

Auto body concepts is truly a step above. The repairs are flawless and I was initially concerned my new Tacoma was totaled. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, and communicated weekly regarding progress. Can't imagine a better outcome given the situation.
