“Appliances don’t last a lifetime, but customer loyalty does.This fall we shopped the Black Friday Sale at Jonhnson Brothers Appliances in Bend, Oregon. Account Manager Daniel spent an entire afternoon helping us create our dream kitchen.With their extensive inventory and his knowledge and expertise, we were able to touch, feel, and compare everything.First, we got the best price on the planet for our entire kitchen suite of appliances.Then came our $1,000 dollar manufacturer rebate!Two weeks later, Daniel sold us our washing machine for $150 less than Costco’s sale price!Now it’s mid December and I’m on the manufacturer website and see our microwave/oven combo for $350 less than our Black Friday price.I called Daniel and asked about the price difference, knowing that their Price Match Policy was for local retailers, not online retailers. I wasn’t very optimistic.Daniel said he would look into it.The next morning Daniel called to confirm our mailing address so he could send us a check for $350!Clearly Johnson Brothers Appliances and Daniel went above and beyond to take care of us on every level to give us the best possible customer experience.This is how customers for LIFE are created!Peppe”
“Decent store, good staff. They're knowledgeable and helpful on the floor. The store is well covered in employees, meaning it's quite unlikely that youre going to walk around unsure of anything because you could find an employee on most aisles with good customer service. Selection was all right for the store. Reason for this is my advice: don't buy plants from their display out front until they cycle through new plants or whatever they decide to do if they even see this and assess it themselves. They have a minor mite infestation, I say minor because the plants didn't have webbing on them but with how close all of the different plans were-- it's that easy for them to transfer from one to another anyway; and whoever waters on the weekends over waters the plants making it days before you can plant them because they have to recover and the soil is too saturated and you risk killing the plant. I say over the weekends not because of my return visits but because the plant seemed fine just oversaturated but when I got home I had to throw it out after a few days of the mites killing it and it needed to recover from the over water. It really was a lot.
That's my two cents from the one time I went there. (Just moved to bend) Anyway, blah blah blah blah blah.”
“I'm in this store just about always for home projects. As a recommendation... hack the system by ordering online first it's really a better option since in store can be hectic. Tend to shop late at night to avoid crowds and makes the experience much easier for those of us crowd-avoidant folk.”

“I Asked customer service where the flash lights are. She told me isle 3.I found them but they were all locked up. Had to go back to customer service and ask them to call for for someone with a key to unlock the flash light case so I could buy one. I was not happy”

“Found a sales associate right away, handed him a printout of what we wanted, he pulled the product, we paid for it and walked out of the store. Easy- easy. Took all of 10 minutes. No waiting for it to come in the mail.”
“10 stars!!! The Geek Squad saved the day with my computer and multiple accounts being hacked.. Ryan worked with me and was so calm and knew exactly what to do while I was in a panic. He was patient with me as I had forgotten passwords and I never felt rushed with him. I'm so glad that he was my Geek Squad service rep. I was in and out with all new passwords which he helped me set up and confirmation that the hackers tried multiple times to get in my accounts all over the world but that their efforts were unsuccessful. Great Job Ryan!!!!!!!”
