Literally shocking. We had seen them once before Covid and it was wonderful. I made an appointment for a follow up. When I arrived I was told I was not allowed inside. Understandable. However I was never told when making the appointment I could not accompany my pet inside as my regular vet allowed it with precautions. I asked to please see the doctor before letting my pet in. I was given a stricken....NO. The doctor came outside flustered, hostile, and abusively inappropriate.

Great attention \\u0026 communication here especially considering pandemic protocols and not being able to go inside. I felt confident with my dog in their hands, and felt safe knowing they truly care about her health.

Dr Low is amazing. The first time I went after I adopted him he had severe eye discomfort from bacterial and viral eye infections. She explained every thing got the meds to clear up the immediate issues. Did eutropian surgery. That was about 5 years ago. And with periodic support and check ups Dr Low has helped my cat with his FIV and herpes affecting his eyes. With her guidance and medical attention he has been without severe flair ups for over a year and a half. She is fantastic for animals needing eye care.

Dr Low \\u0026 her staff have taken great care of two of our dogs with genetic eye disease and they both did wonderfully with her care \\u0026 guidance in treating them. We are lucky to have her in Bend!

Dr. Low and Lisa are professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable I would recommend this team to anyone. If you have any eye concerns it's better to be safe than sorry and Dr. Low is straight forward with laying out your options and the best form of treatment long term and short term and helps walk you through the entire process educating you along the way. Eyes are such a sensitive organs it is so great to have an ophthalmologist in central oregon to help with all eye concerns for our pets!

We recently adopted a new puppy and unfortunately he scratched our older dog Roscoe in his eye while playing. The staff at Animal Eye Specialists have been absolutely amazing and took the time to fully evaluate poor Roscoe's eye. He is currently recovering from eye surgery to repair the scratch and goes for his check up today. I hope my poor baby can finally take off his cone of shame.
