I am really happy I used Ana's Rose N Thorn!Two dozen beautiful red roses that I ordered a couple days ago and scheduled for delivery today. They delivered directly to my RV in the RV park, and I wasn't home at the time, so the delivery person called me and asked where I'd like her to leave them. I REALLY appreciated the call, and the arrangement was perfect.We travel a lot, (not from Bend - just visiting), and sometimes I use one of the national services that arrange delivery from a local florist, but when I can, I much prefer to order directly from a local florist - better service, better arrangements, more personalized service, and all the money goes to the local owner.

I missed them by a few minutes and she refused to have them turn back..I had COVD and was unable to go and pick them upI would give them a TERRIBLE review on their customer serviceoh and plus I still do not have my Mother's Day flowers

My daughter wasn’t home to get her delivery today, so they contacted her and delivered her flowers to her work, clear on the other side of town. That’s class act customer service!!! Thank you!!

Sadly have received 2 arrangements this year from here and both were basically grocery store flowers in a cheap vase. The 2 dozen red roses for valentines day from a really sweet guy were especially disappointing. Both ordered through services from outside the area. There are better shops in Bend, make sure if you order from a service they use someone else to fulfill.

Excellent flower arrangements. I order from New Jersey and I am very pleased with their service. Delivery personnel are exceptional and go out of their way to assist a disabled recipient. You will not be disappointed with flowers from Ana’s Rose & Thorn! I give them the highest rating!

Very sad delivery. These are $75 with a $15 dollar delivery fee! Plus they didn’t arrive until 7:30 pm on Valentine’s Day!

The amount and quality of flowers delivered it is way less quality than desired or promised. I called and asked to have an arrangement delivered to my daughter at her school for her birthday. And when she arrived home I was highly disappointed in what was delivered. The arrangements they had listed on my website or much larger for the price point than what was delivered. This was my $60 arrangement

I had Anas deliver a flower arrangement for my daughter at her school for her birthday. I called and ordered over the phone. When my daughter came home with the arrangement I was quite disappointed in what she had received. The flowers were mediocre especially for the amount that I paid for it. I could've gotten the same amount of flowers from Albertson's for a fifth of the cost. When you look at their online ordering examples of what arrangements they have at that price point are much larger and more extravagant. I tried to contact Anas online and they told me that I would need to call them directly but didn't seem to care that I was upset or unhappy. I paid $60 for this arrangement

I ordered a flower arrangement online at 6:00 a.m. and it was delivered before noon. It was exactly like the picture online and more affordable than other shops! Thank you for the great customer service!

Feel like I was publicly shamed by one of your employees on Facebook, to which I retaliated. Nonetheless employees of businesses shouldn't turn away future business and profits by posting silly things online. Plenty of Amazing flower shops in town that are far superior. So tell your employees to make their workplaces private on FB, or lose more business to their lack common sense.

Just received an arrangement, and plan to return it. None of the flowers work together, and it looks like they just used up whatever was lying around in the shop. Pastels with bright flowers, one tall thing sticking out of the top, one hydrangea on the side. Flowers are fresh, but the styling is amateur.
