While I did not purchase my trailer here (ended up finding one on Marketplace). I would just like to say how great Daniel Santana was walking me through the inventory and answering all of my questions. He followed up on email (instead of calling like I asked) and was just awesome to work with. That same day I went to 5 different RV lots and he stood out as the one sales person I met that I wanted to continue talking to.

My husband and I bought our first trailer and had the most amazing service with Daniel!. He is very knowledgeable and listens to what you want in your rig. It couldn’t be a better experience. Anna was unbelievably helpful with the purchase and really made sure we are well educated.
They made us a deal so great that when we are ready for an upgrade this will be our go to.
Cody did our walk through and made sure we knew how everything worked and every feature we have to enjoy.
By the time we left we were ready to hit the road feeling confident and prepared.
Anyone ready to shop for a recreational vehicle must come here first!

Simply said Camping World Bend does not stand behind their product they sell. Purchased a Jayco at their Memorial Day sale. We were told the trailer would last us forever and it was built well.Unfortunately we had family things come up that did not allow us to use it over the summer. We finally took it on an overnight trip and it started falling apart our first use. Literally. We contacted Camping World to upgrade the trailer realizing we would probably have to eat a couple grand. They depreciated the value of the trailer they sold us and left $11,000 to be paid off after trade for a better built trailer. WE ONLY USED THE TRAILER ONCE! Terrible experience and would rather sleep in the dirt than buy another trailer from this company that does not stand behind the product they sell.

I called them to ask about an item, they told me the price and confirmed before driving 30 minutes out of my way. When I got there, the same person who gave me the price over the phone, said whoops you need to be a member for that price, membership is $100 per year. I said I didn't have an RV so it wouldn't make sense and they didn't honor the price they quoted me.

CampingWorld in Bend, Oregon was phenomenal, from beginning to end. Brooke in sales was not pushy, she was super helpful at looking at all of our options to achieve our goals. Anna in finance explained everything, helped us clear into the late evening. Cody walked us through our new RV and was very knowledgeable.

Had a great experience the other day with Jose. On a super hot part of the day he didn’t hesitate to show us a bunch of really exciting trailers on the lot and did a great job answering 1 million questions all well gently sweated ourselves to death. Thanks, Jose!
