My new preferred mechanic
Was helped by the owner after coming in. Needed a transmission drain and fill with engine oil service. The business owner was one of the nicest staff members I've ever met. Didn't have to wait too long before I could get my car back so the service was fast. The pricing was the real coup de gras, it was overall pretty inexpensive and the waiting area was nice. Would definitely bring my car back here ?

Jesse keep our family road trip rolling. The alternator in our RV quit. Jesse fit us in and got us back on the road quickly. If we lived in Central Oregon we would use 9th Street Auto Repair when needed. Thanks!

All I can say it WOW!!!!! They are simply amazing! Everyone I spoke to on the phone has always been so incredibly kind and amazing customer service. They have not only been helpful but also very understand with my time frame of financial scheduling. They aren’t only affordable, they are genuine nice people who just want to help. I’m so glad I came to 9th street auto and definitely will in the future. As a teenager I don’t always have the money to get things fixed right away and they have been very understanding with that and have not once made me feel like I had to jump the gun on anything right away. They have a great team with them

Jesse and Hillary are terrific and very on top of things at this business. Expect accurate timelines, good quotes, and a follow through on communication and service not received at your average shop. They had tremendous integrity and made sure that my car was on time and helped me out post service as well.

Had our suv serviced and was recommended by our dealership to go to 9th Street auto to get a couple of things fixed, and all I can say is wow!!!! Amazing customer service. The front Desk staff was fantastic to work with and their prices were extremely affordable! They also worked with my warranty from Ford! Definitely will be coming back for my services!

I took my CRV in with major distributor issues- a warrantied part that had been neglected of replacement by another shop- and 9th Street Auto immediately sought resolution with their expertise and astonishingly attentive service. They listened carefully to my case and invested gracious amounts of time to make sure that I got a warrantied, functional distributor and then even beyond, complimentarily checked that everything else was running right. It would be an understatement to say that they completed the job. I also want to extend personal thanks to the shop foreman who put in additional time and energy when many shops wouldn’t have. I know how busy 9th Street Auto gets and I feel so taken care of and so lucky to have found such a profoundly diligent auto shop. They truly set a new high standard for me.

Thankful for Jesse and the team. I had some work done last month. We never spoke about any warranty after. I had an issue come up this week. The book calls for many hours of labor to fix it. Jesse’s not charging me and is calling it a warranty. They’re not trying to rinse out every dollar from a customer. They’ll take care of you for a fair price.
