My son is law is from Scotland and the manager was at the register. She could not understand his accent and he had to repeat himself several times and he finally asked he if she did not understand him. She said no she did not understand him and then refused to serve us. I was shocked and actually thought she was joking and said so. She said I’m the manager and am not serving you. She was angry at us because she equated his thick accent with him being drunk! We were not. The client behind us was so offended by her attitude he put his purchase on the counter and left. Outside he said he was shocked at her behavior.

After buying a hot chocolate for $2-3, I realized my credit card had been charged almost $35. After a failed attempt of resolving the issue with my credit card company, I went in to the store to see if they could help. I was pretty sure it was an honest mistake, went in with an open mind and was very friendly and understating of the situation. The employee working immediately started yelling at me and being rude, claiming “we never make mistakes” and that “I was lying”. Eventually, she got the manager who was much friendlier and explained to the employee that their behavior was unacceptable. While I didn’t have a receipt, I had the exact date, time and description of what I was wearing. He took down my info and said he could check the security cameras to confirm that all I purchased was a hot chocolate. After a few days of not hearing anything, I went back to get an update. I was basically told they didn’t have any information yet. After multiple attempts of going in and calling, I eventually gave up as they clearly weren’t willing to help.

large elderly woman who works night shift tried to steal my friends credit card. Usually I don't leave reviews on anything, but this is ridiculous. This isn't the first problem we've had with her just the most serious. If you go to this 7 eleven make sure you don't go at night. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Great late night stop! We were driving through to get to Tennessee.I went out at 12am to get some food for my family, had great pizza and great snacks. Very kind. Great place. Just like I remember.

Can't buy a lottery ticket there unless I let them scan my drivers license. I don't and I won't go back until that changes, other 711s in Bend and Redmond are doing it too. Done, Wish there was a zero *

I love going to 7-Eleven and earning and using points within my app. I always have a great experience with the employees there and the products that we choose. My kids absolutely love getting Slurpee‘s and it’s fun when they change out the flavors once in a while. Usually not all of the Slurpee. Flavors are working but there’s always some kind of flavor that works and it still taste good. Lately we’ve been getting ring donuts using my rewards points and it’s always been soft and fresh. Not necessarily hot but still taste good. The bakery items are always a plus and sometimes the coffees are a nice treat. My daughters favorite is chips and snacks and my son loves the hot food.

This is a convenience store where you can use rewards. Points can be accumulated, various snacks and drinks are sold, and hot food can also be purchased. You can buy lottery tickets and there is an ATM machine in the store.
It's a good idea to use a small basket for shopping. Parking is easy and it is located on a corner so it is convenient for car access.
