I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about. We travel extensively and this is the best 7-Eleven we have ever encountered in terms of service. We're only here for a few months but we'll walk further just to go to this particular store.
Awesome evening clerk.

Best 7 11 in all our North American travels.
It's weird to get this level of service at a convenience store but the fellow that works in the evenings is awesome.

This 7/11 is a HARD PASS. The customer service is rude af. They discriminate if you aren’t white or appear to be lgbt in anyway. My husband was denied service for being a transgender male. I would say NEVER go here. Go to the pinnacle across the street. It’s cheaper and better service.

The customer service at this 7-Eleven needs serious improvement. I encountered rudeness from the evening staff, which made my experience unpleasant. I decided to take my business across the street to Pinnacle 365, where the service was much better, and they had a superior selection. It's surprising to see this 7-Eleven thriving despite its customer service issues. I recommend looking elsewhere for a more pleasant shopping experience."

I've been coming to this location for 20 years. I usually get great, friendly service. But who is this guy behind the register on a tues. evening ? I cashed out a winning scratcher, bought another ticket, and ended up with $5 leftover. They guy just stood there mute. Finally, I said I'll take the rest in cash. Instead of saying, "Anything else?" or "Anything else, sir?" the guy just mutters under his breath, "can't read your mind." And when I say mutters, I mean says out loud very clearly but not too loud passive agressive chicken-s**t sort of way. I've been on the other side of a register and managed cashiers myself. Only places I can think of where you can be rude to the customer is Harold's Chicken Shack and the Wiener Circle in Chicago. I guess I'll be taking my business across the street to the shiny new 76 gas station where I'm pretty sure they train their cashiers properly.

Careful the owner is hindu and uses card scammers on his registers for his family back in India. He told us not to call the cops if one was found.

I went to this location seeking a cleaning service request. The cashier was really helpful, and she suggested that I go speak with the general manager of all the 7-11 locations about my business proposal. She informed me that the GM is a helpful individual and that my business proposition is highly lucrative. eager to finalize a commercial agreement with 7-11 retailers. I am grateful for the amazing people you are.

The owner is a drug addict that harasses customers and bypasses alike. Stay far away, this place is dangerous. He kicked a car because they went to the business next door.

The gentleman that was working today 10/01/23 decided to take it upon himself to tell me that I was illegally parked in the handicapped spot in front of 7-eleven when I clearly had a permit displayed which apparently he couldn’t see from his viewpoint. When I told him it was none of his business and I had a permit and that it was illegal for him to impede and ask questions he decided to be rude and belligerent and was arguing with me in front of other customers in the store, this included him telling me “I hope that someone is in that spot when you come next time” as I was leaving and walking out the door. I will be speaking to my Lawyer in the morning and also informing the ADA of this incident as this is harassment, illegal and also discrimination. He must be trying to get fired to collect unemployment. The owners of this store need to take immediate action to rectify this situation as it is completely and totally inexcusable. You might want to inform him of The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which passed in 1990 that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in all areas of public life.

This is the worst one in town hands down, the employees are rude and don't follow the law and blame it on their management. The older lady that works there is the worst.

Nobody wants to here about your employees political views.Return to the store again to find the same employee wearing very political t-shirts. Last visit all he did was complain about the country's current Administration. Not something I want to have to deal with when I stop at a convenience store. Will likely avoid this store in the future

Manager is running a bogus Policy on Gift Cards. Need's to be under lock and key, or inaccessible from the public. Very Flimsy Management. I Will Not Be Returning and supporting these kinds of Discriminatory practices. Good Day, and Good Night
