If I could give a negative star i would. We walked in and they acted bothered by us coming in. It was the most frustrating experience. I wish I could cancel everything I have with them but I'm under contract. The lady helping us just kept saying sorry can't help you you'll have to do it online. While I was on the phone with my husband trying to figure what to do one of the workers, Nariah interrupted me saying watch your language we can't help you and she told you that so just leave. So was not involved in our conversation at all and I don't use foul language. I will never step foot in this store again the woman staff her are VERY rude, if you're a woman be prepared to be treated rudely by them.

They've been hammering me for months to upgrade my router which I did. Unplug the old one plug in the new one easy peasy , riiiiiight. If it was only that easy, and btw drive the old router back to the store or they will charge you for it in a random bill down the road.We did everything verbatim, followed exactly what they said to do, got all the codes sent to my personal email, long story short it doesn't work and yes it's plugged in, no point in calling customer service, its close to Impossible to get a live person because navigating the menu you need to be a rhode scholar. So now we have no Internet because we were forced into this new router , and again yes we did everything they told us to do. Followed the instructions to a tee. As a side note when I signed up because I had to work from home for two years I was offered the new customer special which was 20.00 a month for one year. My bill has never been less than 40.00 a month. Out and out lie. In the small print they tell you it's another 20.00 for the router. Bait and switch

Do not buy Comcast TV or Internet services. After taking an 8 year hiatus from their services I figured I would give them another chance. The sales rep assured me they have changed their business practices.After continuously raised bills, countless hours in hold with customer service, and spotty internet service I have given my last time to this company. I lasted one hard year. Really poor business practices. Do not ink a deal with them.

10/10 experience here! Had a very confusing situation due to moving and bundling my phone with internet and Arlyn was very patient and spent as much time as necessary to make sure that everything was straightened out before I left the store. Definitely recommend!

I went to the store about 10 mins. before it opened and was the first of several persons who showed up before opening. I was returning equipment for a friend who had moved and was expecting all sorts of complications. To my relief (and a little shock), everything went so smoothly and I was back out of the store with a receipt for the equipment return about 4 mins. from when I went in. I do like to bad-mouth xFinity from time to time but simply can’t do it this time!

Went to this place because Xfinity charged me $160 for a bill statement that said I owed $22. The mont before they had charged us $100 that they couldn’t explain to us what it was for. So they supposed gave us credit for it so didn’t owe anything last month. My bill comes in the month and they said I missed payment last month even though we’ve setup automatic withdrawal from the first month so we will not be getting the $100 back. The lady at the place said it was a soft disconnect. How do you miss a payment when it’s a direct withdrawal. Honestly, Xfinity is probably one of the worse providers out there and all the people here are useless. Must as well shut down the building. Was thinking of switching to Xfinity mobile and home security but no way right now. Sub standard services and customer service reps.

Recently signed up for the "ACP" program. I was told by the girl at the store i would be getting free internet. I called the number and was approved right there at the store. I had all my account numbers and so did she. She NEVER put any of the information into the computer! All she did was talk my ear off about celebrities. Now I was charged for all my services and overdrafting my bank account! I can't remember her name but she absolutely sucks!!!!

This guy at the xfinity store cancelled my service when I went to return the flex or plex, whatever that box they lured me into signing up for. I specifically told him that I don’t want to cancel service but I’m just returning because I don’t want to be charged later. I was without internet for 5 days because of this silly error of theirs, but the call center folks call it a voluntary disconnect. Not at all. Why would I cancel my xfinity subscription all of a sudden? Stop blaming your incompetence on customers. No wonder you google “Worst customer service” and Comcast pops up. I wish from the bottom of my heart that Starlink soon takes these guys out of business. People just use xfinity because they have no other option. Pathetic

The girl shut things down on the middle of serving me. It would have only taken her a few more minutes to finish the job but she, apparently, would rather inconvenience a customer than spend another 15mins doing her job. She saved 15mins but cost me the price of gas to get to a store and good hour of my time to come back and finish the job.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. I got charged $924 usd last month for 3 lines, even after I subscribed to their Global Travel Pass my son activated roaming 28MB and got a $655 charge without any warning of a potential high data charge. I spent 1 hour with their customer service, but they just wanted my money, they wanted me to pay and accepted no responsibility for the lack of warning and transparency.Check out my July invoice attached to this review.YOU THINK YOU WILL SAME SOME LONEY, BUT YOU WILL END UP SPENDING WAY MORE, THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO GET YOUR CASH!

I went in to pick up equipment I had ordered, per the usual my order wasn't there, but Stefano was not bothered by having to set everything up, again. We went through a cost benefit between different plans, and even switching my cell phone services.
