Staff is awesome, service is wonderful, Convenient location.
Ashley, Caroline, Ben or Angel. Take your pick, any one of them will gladly take care of you with they utmost courtesy. They are always so welcoming and ready to assess all of your banking needs..
On the contrary, Felicia is very rude! She needs a better attitude. I asked a simple question and I feel like she snapped at me, which is completely unacceptable.. furthermore, I will be sure to not conduct business with her. If I continue to do business here and she tries to associate with me I will deny her services and I have no problem clarifying why.

I lost faith in this bank after being serviced by a banker with tattoos covering most of her arms.

Never go to this branch! I’d prefer drive further to Washing Sq branch.This branch used to be famous for their topnotch customer care, that’s not the case anymore. On Monday There was one banker working and three tellers stood there doing absolutely NOTHING! Don’t you think that it’s better either promote these folks to become bankers or train them properly so they actually help folks? How on earth a teller can’t perform an easy task as simple as a NAME CHANGE? What’s a difference between a grocery cashier and a bank teller then? Anyone can count money.Focus on training. If you don’t know how! Ask from your neighbor OnPoint.

Had to make an appointment to get done what I needed. The customer service was way above and beyond! The patience and information delivered was outstanding. They are short staffed like the rest of other businesses currently. However, my experience didn't make me feel rushed or like a bother. I completed 100% of everything in one visit and one person:)

I wish i can give them 0 star , Assistant Branch Manager Name Amy Sandoval Don’t want to help any of there customer , she want to change the wells Fargo customer service , she said if i will help you and then other people will demand a same help and wells Fargo go in loss because this is her own Personal Bank , she is the owner of wells Fargo so do not demand for anything otherwise her bank will go in loss .. She has a Poor thinking .. she don’t know small offers attract more people and more people mean more business, more customers but unfortunately she hate offers because she never had a free offer in her life .Do not go there , best is go to other branches they are much better then these guys

Best bank branch EVER!!! Everyone is nice and helpful. Judy and Brian went WAY above and beyond what’s expected to help me a third party app issue that isn’t really a wells fargo issue. I have up on the problem. A couple hours later, Judy called to say they have a solution. Brian tested out the solution to ensure it worked before Judy called me back.Again, the best crew in a bank ever!!! Much appreciation for all they do!

I went to this Wells Fargo and Thilini Gemunusiri spent her time helping me in the nicest manner possible. She is very good at her job and tries her best to help. She's very patient and doesn't stop until she has fully helped you with what you need.
