I would like to submit a complaint about a pharmacy that I would not recommend for time-sensitive prescriptions. Over the past four months, I have had to visit this pharmacy at least three times each month in order to get my prescription filled. Unfortunately, during my last visit, they were unable to fill it on time, resulting in me being kick off the ability to receive my medication. Additionally, I have noticed that there are employees who are unable to assist on Sundays, despite the pharmacy being open for prescription dispensing. This can be inconvenient for individuals with busy lifestyles who are unable to visit the pharmacy multiple times to get their prescription filled. While I appreciate the kindness of the employees, these issues have caused significant inconvenience and frustration in no longer be able to receive my prescription that took 2 months of testing to get approved for..

I really don't understand the negative press Walmart gets. My Walmart experiences have all been excellent since the store opened in my neighborhood. Staff is friendly and always helpful, whether in the pharmacy or the grocery.Kindly neighbors IMO.

Jessica was so helpful and courteous over the phone. If this pharmacy's in-person service is as good, man, Walmart really has some "secret sauce" here.Note: This location does not have a drive through window but will do deliveries out to cars if needed.

We’ve been using this pharmacy over a year now and so far they have been great. We have insurance but won’t cover my child’s concerta/methylphenidate because when you’re over 18 you miraculously don’t have ADHD anymore. Concerta is over $900-$1000 per month out of pocket. The pharmacist here told me about using GoodRx coupon app but only covers generic ($35$50) but our doctor doesn’t want certain manufacturers due to efficacy. So every month we get the refill the pharmacist makes sure it’s not from one of “bad” manufacturers . That’s great customer service. And when I ask them to check they do it kindly and seem knowledgeable about why. There have been several medication shortages due to supply chain issues and every time they have patiently looked up other pharmacies to see if they have in stock. They also took the time to look through the list of what they had in stock to provide alternatives and explained to me what the differences are to let the doctor know. That is great customer service. I’ve been very fortunate with my experience here. The only issue for me is that they close early so they are not my regular pharmacy except when I can’t get meds from Walgreens due to insurance or supply plain issues.

i wish i could say this was a great pharmacy, (because the techs here are really lovely, they accept ohp, and the safeway pharmacy off teal&murray is just horrendous), but honestly, one of the pharmacists here, william/bill lewis, has a way of making you feel like you're inconveniencing him, simply because he has to be at work. (and ive let it slide before, thinking he's just had a bad day but ive come to realize on any given day, his attitude, if not rude, is apathetic at best)one of the more frustrating encounters ive had with bill is when i asked about allergen concerns regarding my medication's formula and he told me he didn't know...then tried to walk away before i specifically asked him if he knew how to look it up on the computer next to where he was standing. (read: i asked him to do his job)he's also refused to help me, when in line before the pharmacy closes, opting to close the gate with myself and others, still in line. one time specifically i needed my seizure meds, and thankfully one of the techs opted to help while he stood behind her, glaring at me.ive also noticed he also raises his voice when talking to folks his senior, wearing hearingaids. (assuming they're hard of hearing but not realizing what hearing aids do?!... c'mon dude)anyway TL;DR- if you choose this pharmacy, be prepared to encounter bill, the pharmacist who apparently would rather not be your pharmacist.

I’m gonna go ahead and say that the few people with bad experiences here were probably the problem more so than the pharmacy techs. All of them but one are extremely helpful and friendly. They work hard to get you taken care of and fix any hiccups. They remember you by name. Shaida I believe)younger dark haired girl) is extremely friendly and helpful and very good at her job. The pharmacists are very good at what they do. Sometimes visibly overwhelmed when short staffed or busy but still professional. I drive from Oregon City to get my prescriptions from this crew and wouldn’t change em for nothin.

Efficient and friendly staff. Hardly ever a line. So different than Kroeger. It's a bit out of my way but I appreciate how helpful the pharmacist is with a question. Not this way at Kroeger.

Always rude always unpatient. How could a pharmacist be rude to a patient that's a customer? I don't understandthose patients and customer you have no patience for is the reason why you make lots of money.Be a little patient. You guys are supposed to be in this field to help people not give them higher blood pressure. Thanks for reading

It’s Walmart, don’t have to say much more. Employees were rude and not helpful. The pharmacist in particular was very rude. Had a major case of “little big man syndrome.” If you get my drift.....lol. He became very frustrated when I advocated for myself and would not take any abuse from him and his staff. Don’t do business with these people, they don’t deserve it. Oh yes, one more thing, the store is a filthy dump.

I'm gonna be really sad when I move to Estacada in June and don't get to see all my favorite people! Shaida, Afton, Bill, Bryan, and Simon are not your typical pharmacists or pharmacist techs. They are kind, caring, thoughtful, fun, and just a joy to see. I'm always so happy to see them and know I'll always get the best service. Thank you for all you do!!!!!!

It's Walmart, that says it all. What a dump. Pharmacy personnel are rude and not helpful. Don't do business there. There are too many good options to choose from in the area.

Prices are good. Service is slow. My prescription was blocked for no apparent reason, but when I went to pick it up the next day it was unblocked, with no phone call or anything, and they could have it ready in 30 minutes. Guess they wanted me to be stuck in the store shopping?
