I got what I needed from the pharmacy- the pharmacy techs were awesome, but when I needed the consultation with the pharmacist- he was not very informative. He basically JUST read what the instructions were, which I could do. I needed information about how to actually give the shot. I ended up just looking up videos..
There were many things he didn't mention- like prepping the liquid before getting the syringe ready, like the need for alcohol pads.. this is relatively new to me, so it might seem common sense to him, but I'm a novice..
Also, this store seems kind of run down - the floors were filthy along the walls all along the pharmacy and even the way there's screws sticking out of the wall where signs might've hung once.. other signs were broken and just taped together - it just makes this place seem and feel neglected.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible, they are unprofessional, they take forever to service anyone in line, they lose medications. You want service, this isn't the place for you.

I must have the wrong number on my account somehow. But I entered my number twice, was told that it wasn't associated with a card. I didn't have time to deal with logging in and trying to fix it, so I just said I'd pass at paying full price and walked off. Cashier clearly thought it was more important to get my phone number than my cash. Several other stores with cards have courtesy numbers they use. Clearly not Walgreens.
Logged in and checked. It's your system, not my phone number. Thanks for wasting my time.

If you read my reviews, you’ll note I give people the benefit of the doubt. But, I’m done with this place. I came in needing a pencil sharpener and a snack. I bought more than I intended because they had some good deals and I was hungry. 2 of the 10 different items were not on sale. 8 were on sale and I was given the sale price for ONE of them. I was overcharged by over 8 dollars. My total came to $36, so I overpaid by 25% . I checked my Walgreens account when I got home and the phone number was correct. This is not the first time this has happened, but, it’s the last. I’m done with you. Now I know why you were so slow on a Saturday afternoon.

They don’t seem to have enough staff to handle the pharmacy. Also, the drive-through pharmacy pick up is often closed and there is no notice on the website. Their address is also incorrect. What a mess!

This review isn’t an attack on the staff. They are trying their best. Line inside always has 20+ people and takes min 45 min, drive thru closed for weeks. Their staffing issues have been going on for at least a year. WALGREENS: PAY TO RETAIN AND ATTRACT STAFF. I’m moving all of my prescriptions to CVS.

Was pleasantly surprised of how well the layout of this Walgreens was, It was easy to navigate throughout the store. Plus there were tons of great deals and lots of items on Clearance, For example I didn't know they carried my favorite perfume brand and usually it's $60 online and here they had a deal on it and I only paid $27 for it. They had a variety of items so I did do a little shopping for gifts in the future. Mostly everyone that was coming in headed straight to the pharmacy to pick up their prescriptions. There is no one really at the photo booth area it was dead silent. On my way to check out the cashier did their job. I would recommend coming here cause you never know you might find some deals Or a clearance item that you really wanted.

The store is great, never any problems but over the last few years the pharmacy is so unpredictable with when they are open and filling orders that I had to finally give up. I understand it is related to how pharm staff are treated by corporate but it was no longer something I could deal with when I was out of one med for almost 2 weeks. I wish it wasn't the case but that is where it has to end.

This pharmacy does not know how to deal with prescription savings cards and they are always UNWILLING to help when they can’t figure out what they are doing. I am taking my business elsewhere and will NEVER order another prescription from Walgreens ever again. It is NOT THAT DIFFICULT to help a patient but they just clearly do not care. I hope the fleas of a thousand camels infest all of your armpits. Thanks for nothing.
