1-800 Walgreens looked up covid PCR swab and send to the lab tests and sent me to this location because it said they had them to use in stock. They apparently dumped them all about a month ago. Haven't updated their website. The people on the phone don't know what's going on. The people in person don't care
When I pressed for another minute in person to ask what else they could do to fix it, they said oh I suppose I could talk to my manager later. I doubt they're going to. I think they said it just to get me out of the store. Walgreens you need to do better. There is still covid's testing needing to be done. I was exposed to somebody a couple days ago. Actually several someone's and I have no way to do a more accurate test than a home test which is not terribly accurate anymore. Please do better.

Had an appt for a vaccine. I had tried filling out the Form online 3 times, but website wasn't processing correctly. Had to manually fill it out at the store. I was the only person waiting. After 30 minutes, a man checked in and sat down for his shot. 10 minutes later, he got his shot and left. Pharmacist went back and disappeared. Not happy at all, I went to the counter expressing frustration and wanting to know what was going on. I had been waiting beyond 45 minutes. Oh, they were sorry they mixed up the 2 orders and took the other guy first. Promised they'd be right there with my shot. That took another 10+ minutes!! WTH!!??!!
The proper, considerate thing to do would've been to let the Customer know they had made a mistake. But that would have simulated real Customer Service & concern. And we all know there is no such thing!!

We were having a poor experience at another Pharmacy and moved to Walgreens. Things were great prior to the pandemic but they have never recovered from then. Seem to always be understaffed and with employees that are unhappy, burned out or not trained. Most recently we have had issues with this pharmacy not having product on hand and leads to being delayed or transferred to another pharmacy. Most recently my issue was around that and an issue with an employee and their lack of common sense and communication. Just know if you go here it is not smooth and or efficient, have fun and find another pharmacy if I were you

Unbelievably slow. Nearly an hour for a vaccination appointment and still no signs of being called after checking in. Why bother scheduling in 15 min increments when you aren't staffed to do so? This is the second visit and again, the wait is ridiculous. First visit, they couldn't find the online consent form they printed out so I had to manually fill one out, delaying things further. The person at the front checkout counter clearly doesn't want to be there. And the system didn't ring up the sale price for water. It's just one thing after another with this place. What happened? It was fine over a year ago when I last came, but this past month it's gone seriously downhill!

Meh. The pharmacy folks have lunch from 1:30-2:00, but were late coming back from it. Cranky personnel. The drive-thru is good though. As to the rest of the store - considering lack of staffing, they're doing a good job. Impressive. Overall, not bad.

Waited over 30 min for a Covid vaccine that I had an appointment for. Not sure why appointments are required if this is the protocol.

This review is for the pharmacy. I recently started a prescription after being undiagnosed for over 20 years. First prescription was fine, until the pharmacist consult. Her face DROPPED when I had questions about how it would effect me. "Have you never been on this before?" she asked, with an immediate attitude not answering my questions. Second prescription, it is increased to my now regular dose, "So you got an increase I see, any questions." Third time, "you're going to have to wait an extra week" (leaving me without my prescription for 3 days) Last refill, had a refill for 30 days and they won't refill it until 35 days after I last picked up. Leaving me without it for 5. Now, it's a controlled substance. People abuse it. People sell it. But I need this prescription to function. And this type of treatment is unfortunately not uncommon. It just hurts that it happened. To be treated like a criminal for needing a prescription. I ask how many other people this pharmacist has hurt by her personal opinions and assumptions bleeding into her work environment? Obvious to say, I transferred it to a CVS. I'd like to note that the pharmacy techs at this location are always extremely nice and polite. But it almost feels like they're trying to make up for her attitude and the way she runs the pharmacy.

Don't go there for vaccinations! I had an appointment and it still too more than 45 minutes! I didn't bring a book since I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Their PA system stinks so you can't hear if they call your name over the music in that cavernous building. I'm going back to Safeway for my next shot where they have a nice quiet room to wait in.

Aside from the pharmacy being conveniently located, every interaction in the past year I have had here has been difficult if not full of miscommunication and frustration. I am also shocked that rather than verifying the patient's name and date of birth they use such a ridiculous and arbitrary thing as an address. As someone who has moved often, a patient's address is not the best identifier off the bat. As a parent of children who live in two homes, what if they are sent under the other parents address? It is just stupid. The techs need to be sure to communicate the correct information to the patients about what needs to happen when medication transfers occur or if there are alerts from the insurance company. Don't withhold information from the patients. Also, stop sending the pharmacist over for consults when we have been taking the same meds for years and have actually refilled that med at the location many times before. Just stop!

Stopped in for a few drug store items on way home, this is a convenient location however it's offset by the often extremely long wait times to check out. Not very busy just not enough staff (1 person working)

The service is good but during this Coronavirus pandemic thie reinforcement of social distancing and sanitizing counters and credit card machines is poor. I am one of vulnerable who has been staying home, but needed to pick up prescription for my husband. I had gone during the hour that was supposed to be reserved for seniors on a Tuesday. That was a joke because there was no sign on the door and there people of all ages. I talked to get away from a woman who was going to walk right up close to me in an aisle and started down the aisle next to it. Well, she came right down that aisle and walked right up next to me. So I decided to go today at a regular time and day and avoids getting close to people. There was a sign on the door about practicing social distancing and staying 6 feet away. I purchased some items and decided to come back for the rest because a women stayed in the aisle I needed to be to get something. The young clerk didn't sanitize the counter like the older clerk had done on my earlier visit. I remarked that when people leave they walk up.close to me. He said they encourage them to practice social distancing but they can't force them. I told him twice that i read they are supposed to reinforce it. When picking up the prescription, I asked the young pharmacy tech if they ever sanitize the credit card machine . She said sometimes. I said they should do it everytime because he (the previous customer) just touched it. She said we do. She was lying because I didn't see her do this after the previous customer left and I walked up to the counter. She said I can go thru the drive thru and there won't be any touching. When I was leaving, I noticed they were sanitizing the credit card machine. Talk about dishonesty. An older woman was waiting for me when I was looking for something and I told her I couldn't find something. She apparently didn't want to wait any longer and walk right by me. A young girl wasn't paying much attention to social distancing and walked by closely to a couple of us. My back was turned to the people who had walked by closely so I think I'm alright. This is the last time I go inside there. I will go through the drive thru for prescriptions from now on.

I have just had the worst service from a pharmacy tech named SARAH at the Walgreens on 185th. I am very sick and needed help filling an antibiotic that I take daily. SARAH would not help me or contact my physicians office. She was cold and uncaring. I asked for help from the store manager but he too didn't care. Shame on you guys. I wish my insurance hadnt changed.

I do enjoy this Walgreens more than any other location. It is the closest to my home and it's always clean. Employees are friendly Shelves are always stocked. Watch out for the orange tags, good deals. Download the Walgreens app and safe some money with their coupons. This is my go to spot for picking up snacks, cold drinks, gum etc.
