They put a new set on and it’s only been a week they are lifting i already lost one nail this has never happened to me before so I set up appointment to my nails then they only wanted to do only 2 nails to fix then I said my nails should never be lifting and they owe me a refund or do a new set and done correctly I use to love coming here but just lost me as a customer

Vstar Nails and Spa is awesome! The ambiance is peaceful and relaxing, and the customer service is friendly and professional. My Mani/Pedi was perfect. This is my new go-to place! Thank you, Amy, for your expertise and kindness. I plan to return. Also, the young girl at the front desk was so sharp, all by herself, and on top of everything! And with a smile! I always come here to get my pedicure with Tao. The space is light and comfortable. My toes always look amazing afterwards. No complaints! ? - I had to come on here and update my 5-stars to 3 unfortunately. I always get my acrylics done by amy, I’ve never had anyone else do them. I always get my pedicures with tao, I’ve never had anyone else do them. My mom and I were going to come in for two fills and two pedicure. Unfortunately, they won’t acomodate two separate nail techs for the fill and pedicure. So instead, we will be getting no services here and will be going somewhere else. Such a shame.
