I've had a long history of not receiving adequate care from previous health providers, to the point to where I abstained from going to the doctor for years because I couldn't trust or feel comfortable around the doctors that cared for me. OHP/medicare tends to send you to the bottom of the barrel as far as choices in health care providers go, so no surprise there! Despite this place's low Google rating, I still went because I desperately needed healthcare for multiple issues. I was pleasantly surprised, their mental healthcare team definitely needs some work, but for everything physical, the doctors and the receptionists have been nothing but kind, efficient, safe and you can tell they actually care about the work they do here for the most part, they are efficient, but not robotic like a lot of doctors offices feel like.

Senior citizens are neglected because of the lack of interest in their health. Their appointments are canceled and never rescheduled.

Today I went to the Rockwood dental care ,! My first dental was in Beaverton progressive ride, I spent money out of my pocket,! I don’t mind,! I feel like they not treated me very well ,! On that time my teeth was ok ,! I brush my teeth twice a day and floss my teeth at night time,! My second dental was make in verginia gacia I went there 4 times,! They are ok,! They talk nice to me better than the first one ,! But more terrible,! My tooth up the top , I lost my bone , and feel very sensitive, never happened verginia gacia was my second dental,! I have a bone lost and feel very sensitive,,! It’s very terrible I will so scary, if you have time please explain to me why ???? Soon as possible , if you want a picture I will sent to you,,! You have to respond to my bone lost

A few days ago I went to an appointment and the truth is, the person at the reception was very rude. I only told him that he would give me a mask because I had a cough and was very rude. He answered me. The truth is, they have to have professional staff. If they don't like working at the reception, they should I'll look for another place. Or, another thing, when you talk on the phone, they take so long to answer, the truth is, they are very rude. The receptionists are not all there, they are more. The young people, there are some people who are kind.

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Daniel Slowey for a pain in my jaw that reached to my ear, he just told me that nothing is wrong and “it's ok” but he didn't help me at all. I had to go somewhere else because he didn't help me.

The rudest most incompetent medical receptionists and doctors teamsGood luck if you need to schedule or reschedule an appointment. If you select the option for "an agent to call you back" they have a way of leaving you a voicemail with out actually calling you back. This is how the call center just gets rid of calls in their queue. takes an average of 2 hours to talk to the rudest receptionist imaginable. There is no way to schedule appointments online.My doctors medical team is full of unqualified imbeciles. No one is trauma informed. I have an alert on my account that I will not see male providers or nurse practiontoners (because of R@pe/medical trauma ). They still with out my consent schedule me with male providers. I was not informed by anyone that my PCP was on maternity leave. They instead scheduled me with random male providers with out my consent. None of the different medical teams communicate with each other. It's impossible to get a supervisor on the line. You are just a number and not a individual here. They talk to you like you are an idiot and could care less if you live or die. If you have a need that needs to be handled in a timely fashion just go to urgent care.

Terrible service, with rude representatives. They fail to return calls and their staff speaks in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. They didn't follow through with their promised call-back. They don't provide adequate personal primary care. Their only solution seems to be scheduling a video appointment, and if you decline, it feels like they offer no other options. Not recommended at all!

Worst clinic I have ever been too . They wrote a fake letter about me that says I had a “mental health issue “ when I never did nor did I come for any treatment nor is it in the system that indicates any of these false claims they wrote about me . This false claims was also written by a provider that is not even my Provider. Her name is Kathleen Robert. I talked to the doctor and he also testified what she did is wrong . I have a paper of his testimony with his signature even though he admitted what she did was wrong he still was defending her in a way that made her seem like she’s innocent. Kathleen Robert is not innocent at all nor was this a mistake because how does a provider who has been working at a clinic center for more than 20 years make these type of mistakes? If I could give this clinic 0 star I would’ve but than I had to give a star in order for me to make a comment. I don’t recommend anyone going here at all . If they can write false accusations on medical records imagine what else they are capable of doing in closed doors ? It seems like the clinic is run by gang members who back up each other when they break the HIPAA law or any law . This is why I’ve been trying so hard to renounce my USA passport because this country is run by gang members and thugs who don’t follow the law at all . I’m coming to this conclusion because even the police officer is somewhat defending these people who made a false accusation about my medical health when I have evidence of everything. Mind I remind you that this is not the first time they have made a false accusations . They made another false accusations about me regarding my health in 2019 when i came for a regular appointment , they had the confidence to put it as “mental health “ . I want to know who gave them the right to write whatever they please and how immature of them to do such evil that is unacceptable. It makes me question myself if these people are even professionally trained or not ? It seems like as if they want me to have a “mental health “ so bad how wicked can one be? I curse all of them . May they rot in hell.

all the professionals like my doctor & the nurses are very polite and patient, but the receptionists are just downright disrespectful. when trying to listen to the receptionist, he talked super fast and mumbled which made it hard to hear him, so i politely asked him to repeat what he told me to do, so he did & i said thank you and went back to my seat. he started laughing to the other rude receptionist like me asking a question was something to gossip about? they really need to start hiring receptionists that aren’t still acting like a high schooler when they’re in their late 20s & above that gossip and talk rudely about their patients behind their backs that did nothing wrong. they rush patients even when there’s nobody else in line and they’re doing nothing. when i came in they weren’t busy at all and they still gave me an attitude.

I have been going here since the old location and I love them all so much. They are caring and quick and judgment free. The amount of folks they see every day is crazy and the help they offer for those of us underinsured or uninsured is amazing. Nothing but respect for these amazing individuals.

Do not go here. The reception staff is extremely rude and prejudice against white people I had my teeth deep cleaned here and they ruined my mouth because they weren't careful enough. The dentist confirmed this. I went there yesterday and the receptionist disrespected me and when I called her on it she deliberately skipped me in the stand by que and talked about me with her co workers up front. When I got in to see the dentist , he didn't care at all about me or my mouth and treated me like a drug seeker. I've never asked for or received pain killers from this location or any dentist. They couldn't accommodate a simple extraction and I left in pain and lost income from work . Just stay away.

I broke my ankle and they got me into the urgent care specialist for broken ankles same day, also I get my blood drawn every 5 months or so and the ladies in there are always quick/efficient. I always get apppontments made same day I need to via my chart. Response is pretty fast from my physicians assistants team. Overall yes it’s not the best clinic but for free healthcare I’ve had not so many issues arise.
