“I came in with a dog having an ear infection and left a few says later with a dog that has a respiratory infection. Anyone else have this issue? We went in the 19th of Jan. They did the best they could though and things have slowly gotten better except my two dogs are sharing the infection.”

“I'd like to say that this pet clinic is amazing. They have checked my cat and dog here ! They are very caring. You will get a report after every visit. They are decently affordable. I don't live in Oregon anymore and have been struggling to find such a great clinic as them. They would call and ask how my pet is doing and I just love the fact that they write everything in a PDF file for you to have. I found my veterinarian to be a little bit socially awkward but I rather have that than one who doesn't care!! So thank you :)”

“Quality vet services. More expensive than most. Don't contact them close to closing if you have an emergency, they will send you away. And don't call them or go in if your animal is poisoned. They will tell you that you will be charged for the visit and the charge for the call to poison control. I was told just to contact poison control directly and pay their fee. ??? isn't a veterinarian suppose to know the ins and outs of poison and animals? Why would they call poison control. I can understand if it's complex but seems like shifting liability just in case your animal doesn't survive. I don't know maybe it's just the Person answering the phone giving out advice.”

“I have been using the Sunshine Pet Clinic even before its name change years ago to take my cats for check ups, illnesses or hair balls! This place is absolutely fantastic! It is a walk in based clinic but there is hardly ever any wait. (Mayyybe 2nd or 3rd in line but usually no wait.) The staff is informative and kind. I only gave it a four out of five stars because it's a little on the spendy side in my opinion otherwise; love this place, the people and the TIME the staff takes to make sure you understand the procedures about to take place as well as their caring in making your pet comfortable. Highly recommend this joint to everyone!”
