Came here to get my passport. IT TOOK THREE TIMES.
First time I came a week early and they said there was no possible way I could get it that day. (I looked at my reservation wrong.)
The next time I came 4 minutes late and they said “nope he missed it.”
The next time I got there 20 minutes early because I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. I got to a employee, told her I have an appointment for a passport and she leans over to the passport lady and said “do we have a 12:45” and she goes “yeah, but it’s not him. I don’t know why he’s here, the appointment isn’t him. Unless his name is Owen, but it won’t be.” I said “oh, that is my name.” She said “ok, go wait in the “lobby”.”
Then she was really rude the whole time, I forgot that I needed a copy of my birth certificate, I asked if I could just buy a copy and she said “YEAH BUT ITS GONNA COST YOU.” Jokes on them, she forgot to charge me for it. Lollll
I still had to pay $165 in total for the passport, and that is without priority shipping.
Don’t come here unless you absolutely have to.
Employees are old, slow, and they literally don’t care about you at all, or if they help you at all.

Can't answer the phone for over half an hour(yes I kept calling) because they decided to forward 1 of my 4 packages but delivered the other 3. Make it make sense.

It has a super small parking lot, 8 or 9 spots. Not too bad as far as lines or waiting goes.

I always avoid going to this location as it adds a day to my shipping time. Last time I dropped something inside, it took them 20hrs to even scan it (on a weekday) ???

I love this post office! I go there 3 times a week for my job and they are always helpful and nice. They do have long lines sometimes because I think they are understaffed, ( typical government short staffing) but wow do those lines move fast. I've been to a lot of post offices for my job and this one is by far the best. They do their very best to be helpful and make sure you know all your options for mailing/shipping. I even go there from SE Portland for my personal mailing just because they are so good. In one sentence, " they are small but mighty fast " lol.

Each time I have to visit this location I am helped in an orderly fashion and the people are so nice! I had to come leave a review because I just watched Betsy help an older gentleman and she was so patient and kind. Someone else might have not handled it as well as she did and I really appreciated her approach. When or if ever I am back in the area, this will be my branch!!

Never got my 1500$ package scanned in. Never found, no manager was any help. Nobody cares.

I have only used their postal services and not their passport services, so I am only reviewing their postal services.
This is a very busy location, and I always have to wait in line 10-20 mins to see a clerk because of the line.
They do a pretty good job given the high volume of customers.
The line usually moves very fast, so don't be discouraged by a long line.

Rude front desk old lady!!! Brought my mom here to get her passport (w/appointment) for the first time ever and that old lady was just the rudest. Tone of voice and attitude has got to go!

Came here to do my 5 month old son’s passport. The lady here who processes passports is the RUDEST person ever. Who gives attitude to new parents who are barely getting by and a cute little baby?!? Keep in mind that I had all the paperwork completed correctly. So the attitude was unnecessary. She’s just a miserable human being. Like retire or the USPS needs to fire/replace her.My dad is a retired USPS clerk who processed passports and was outraged by the way this lady treats her customers.DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR PASSPORT!!!

Was super surprised to see the low rating for this post office because my experience has been awesome every time. Everyone here is so patient and friendly. Big shoutout to Arnold for being a huge help with our passport application – made everything a breeze. Seriously, this place deserves way more love for the amazing service they provide.

I have been using this USPS center for all my important shipping. All the staff are super kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The envelope of the documents that USP gave me $48, they ship it for $16, with tracking number and everything. I don’t know what you could expect more from a posting service.

If I could give NO stars I would. I went to this location to do passports for my family and I, had the confirmation screenshot, and did the last step for the appointment. Showed up today to get it done, checked in with one of the clerks and was told to wait in the other lobby to be called. waited maybe 20 minutes, a lady came out to ask our name and gave it to her, all she said was nope. I pulled up the screenshot and the entire time I was telling her I did everything asked to create the appointment and got the confirmation, she kept saying nope with attitude, snatched my phone to look at the screenshot and she said I didn't do the last step.... I did but took a picture before I moved on. All I got was attitude and a headache. If you want people who are kind and quick, go to King City city hall for your passport.
