I was sprinting to get to the bank before closing on a Saturday because I needed to get cash out for Chinese New Year. I got there 30 seconds before closing and Eric, the bank teller, not only let me in but went through all the $20 bills I withdrew to check for the newest ones. (It's tradition to get new bills to give). Such great customer service!

By far the worst bank I have ever been to. Horrible customer service. Always trying to hold my money from my account for days at a time. When I went in for a cash withdrawal the clerk barely spoke English and kept messing up the transaction giving me the wrong amount of money so I corrected her this resulted in her telling me to check my attitude and then ripped the money from my hand and told me I was done she then emptied my account and gave me all my cash told me I was done and closed my account.I then got a certified letter saying I was no longer welcomed and will never be allowed to bank or cash a check there again. The funny part is I’ve been trying to close my account for a month but they kept refusing saying it wasn’t an option at the time all four times Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I’m not sure if it’s just this branch or the whole US bank corporation, but they absolutely do not care about you or your money. I help my elderly mother-in-law with her finances, and after accepting deposit checks for years they have now decided they will not let me deposit her money, on her behalf, from a different bank into theirs without having her full account number in my possession. They claim it’s a “security violation” - as if forcing my mother in law to divulge her account number to me somehow isn’t. Mind you, I’m not withdrawing any money, simply trying to deposit into their bank.Bottom line: US Bank is a bad company with bad policies, bad leaders and no regard for their customers.

It really was probably one of the best encounters at a bank I have had. The banker was ready for our appointment, very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. We accomplished what we had hoped to do AND we had time for a bit of friendly discussion. Very memorable!

I have never had so many complications with a bank. I have spoken with the branch twice (they were kind but couldn't help) and spoken with the elusive "back office" 3 times which sounds like some shady Uncle Joe operation. I wrote a check from my old bank to this new bank and even though the receipt states I have access to a certain amount, they put a hold on the whole things. For 0 reason. Just random. They refuse to honor the $200it says is available and are holding all of it for 10 days. So the bills I wrote out of it will all bounce. Bet I close this account as soon as it clears.Response to reply: I already called the phone number. I spoke with 5 people. They said that holds are random and they have every right to do it because it's in the terms and conditions. That they dont have to honor the receipt. They sent me to the "fraud" dept and they couldn't give me any answers. They said to call the branch. The branch said they didn't have anything to do with it. Then I get a letter in the mail claiming they had reason to believe the check I wrote to myself from my old bank wouldn't be paid. Even though the bank is the one that told me to do it that way. Pass the buck and no accountability. Absolute trash.

I opened a business account with my local US Bank branch after talking with several different local banks. Things that sold me were the friendliness and promises of customer service. The use of Zelle built into the U.S. Bank app was pushed on me hard telling me that it is extremely safe to use and that they stand behind their actions and customers. I recently was scammed with Zelle as being used and when I talked with U.S. Bank fraud department they informed me that they would never use Zelle because Zelle doesn’t help them with anything fraud related and to use someone else . This is extremely frustrating as again it has been pushed on me to use over the years as a business owner and now when I need help they have said sorry can’t do anything for you. I contacted my local branch which was told the branch manager would call me back but was never contacted. They get two stars for their friendliness of their tellers but the remaining three stars is due to the lack of follow up and hustling of a product they won’t stand behind. Will be moving my account elsewhere as in times of increased scams and fraud, no assistance is unacceptable. Especially for small businesses.

My 15-year-old son got his first job and needed to open a bank account. We walked in around 3:30 on a Tuesday, and there was only one person ahead of us. A friendly face greeted us and said someone will be meeting with us in a minute. We told the person at the front we need to open a bank account, and she quickly sent out a message to see who was available. There was someone waiting at the drive-thru, but she waited an extra second to let us know who was free. We only had to wait a few minutes before Alyssa came and grabbed us. From the moment we meant her and throughout the process, Alyssa made us laugh. She is warm and friendly and made the whole process even more enjoyable for my kiddo. He felt so grown up. Thanks, Alyssa, you were so thorough and so helpful and even showed us a neat trick for setting up direct deposit.

Writing this as I sit here in the lobby attempting to cash a security deposit refund check drawn on a US Bank account by my landlord. I find it ridiculous that I’d be charged a $7.00 fee to cash a check drawn on a US Bank account. Clearly this institution is money grubbing and out to fleece anyone it can. I considered opening an additional checking account or savings account here to avoid this fee but ultimately decided that they’ll never get any of my money and I’ll stick to my friendly folks at BofA and Chase.

the tellers and overall Bank staff at this location are some of the most incompetent and slowest people I have ever met in my entire life, regardless of business. the line is literally out into the parking lot because these people have no idea what they're doing, and the sad thing is at least two of them have been here for probably 10 years.

Horrible customer service. I was the only one in line for 15 minutes without a single person acknowledging me. However one of the tellers helped and thanked the people in the drive thru for waiting, helping two guests in drive thru who arrived after me. I finally gave up and left. If you need to be assisted go through the drive thru DO NOT go inside. Or better yet move your account to another financial institution.

Went in there to withdraw money from my ReliaCard. They refused to help me. Never coming back to this location again. This is why I don't bank with US Bank.I am trying to withdraw $729 and I was told to use the ATM. I cannot withdraw $9 from ATM and was told to try another branch in the end after insisting on using the ATM.And FYI there are other US Bank branches that would help me to withdraw from ReliaCard without any excuses.
