Had the worst experience at this store. Treated incredibly rudely. Will never step foot here again.Full story: I rely on my laptop for my work. My old laptop broke down so ordered a new one from Lenovo, who used UPS to ship the laptop. Lenovo told me it would arrive on Thursday. I get home on Wednesday with a sticker on my door saying "we tried to deliver your package and we missed you". No notification that they were going to try to deliver it. You get 3 attempts then they ship your package back to the sender.I entered the tracking number into UPS's website, and it turns out they were going to try to deliver it again tomorrow afternoon. I had meetings and wasn't able to be home at that time. So I did some research and it turns out you can redirect a package to be picked up at a local UPS store. I tried to redirect it to this store for pickup, but the package still said it was going to be delivered to my house tomorrow. So I canceled/rescheduled some meetings and stayed home. Package didn't show up.I looked on the tracker and it showed the package was at the store. So I drove over and asked if they had my package and if I could pick it up. The lady at the counter (never got her name) started off being quite nice. She asked for my tracking number and started looking up the package. After a few minutes, she said that they tried to deliver the package again today but that I didn't answer the door (I was home all day!). She then said they would make a finial attempt tomorrow being sending it back to the shipper. I told her that I'd tried to redirect the package to the store, and showed her the UPS app on my phone which showed the package at the store.All of the sudden, her personality switched. She started screaming at me, saying I was accusing her of "stealing my package". I asked if I could speak with her manager. She said "I am the manager, my parents own the store". She then screamed "I don't want to give you your stupid package" and threw me out of the store.I called UPS headquarters, and they were able to arrange the package to be delivered the next day.As a business owner myself, I get that running a small business is difficult. I have no idea whether the package was there and she just didn't want to give it to me or if the tracker was wrong. But it doesn't really matter. There's no reason to scream at a customer and loose her temper like she did. They've lost a customer for life. I would highly recommended the owners of the store fire their daughter - she's clearly not cut out for customer service.

As a small business owner, it is critical to have reliable printing and copying services! Irum and her team at the Beaverton UPS store, # 5253 always come through for us! We have documents and business cards that are often needed on short notice. They deliver, every time! Thanks Irum!

Fantastic Customer service. I had to return a Electric power lift chair weighing over 70lbs and the young girls stepped right up and assisted me getting it into the store, boxing it up and figuring the best and lowest cost for shipping. I am a senior with limited ability and the took over all aspects for my return. 5 stars and thumbs up girls. Customer service the way it should be. Thanks again ladies, your assistance is greatly appreciated.

After visiting USPS and not being able to find the right size box after looking thru the three options available, I was told shipping was cost me a lot of money it I could cut down the box and build my own. Went to ups instead, and just a few minutes my items were bagged boxed and shipped at an extremely low price. Staff was amazing and super helpful. So happy I stop here instead.

Horrible customer service, I had a cooperate item get sent there and they refused to give the package because the parent company was listed and I worked for the sub company with a different name. Even after my company called they refused to help, the manager refused to speak to me and my companies representative. They ended up sending it to a facility because they taught it was fraud and someone at that facility was smart enough to realize it wasn't fraud.

This is the worst location. The associates are always ignoring you and rude. I hate that I have to use this store out of convenience. Every time I leave I am upset and angry from the interactions. My husband has had the same awful experiences with rude and dismissive staff.

Usually when I walk into a post office, fed-ex, or UPS I expect the employees to be unpleasant. But this UPS is the opposite, everyone there is super helpful, nice, & polite. Irum & Trek were very productive with helping me mail something out, even when their system was having issues they were patient. Best UPS I’ve ever been to for sure.

Unfortunately yet another business that no longers has any conveniences....need to use .10¢ worth of tape? $1. Need a .07¢ label printed? $1. Won't be long before they charge you for the use of their pens...or scissors?The owners are very nice....I just don't need to be charged a $1 every time I walk in?

I went to this UPS Store today for a “PrintScan” appointment. The employee that assisted me didn’t seem to grasp the concept of customer service. I noticed this not only in my case, but with each customer she interacted with that came through the door while I was there. Maybe it’s just a training issue but until that training takes place she shouldn't be in a position that requires interaction with customers. Customers should not be treated as inconveniences, they are the reason you open your doors daily.Update: I reached out to the owner and now feel certain that this was an isolated event. The owner of this business most definitely cares about customer service and has addressed what really seemed to be a training issue. It is great to see a business owner be so proactive in this regard.

I was hot, tired of traffic and probably a bit short. The owner Irum Majid was so patient and helpful. I had to ship some boxes for work that needed to be bubble wrapped and not damaged. It was first time doing this and I wanted it done right. She was very patient and wrapped all of my boxes perfectly and let me get pictures before she sealed the box. The other employees were equally patient and polite. The price was cheaper than wrapping it myself and I didn't have to do it.This is by far the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I will only use this UPS in the future. Thank all of you for helping me when I was flustered and stressed.
