When did you guys start charging for the shipping labels? I have no issue with paying, but to send someone away because of the label isn't scanable and not offer to print at a fee is poor customer service. I had to come back and say you can print it, then she says yeah at a fee. Like make that an option not just say oh, we can't take it. And your guys printer sucks

Arrived before closing but they kicked me out even though I had brought 12 packages inside that were already labeled. They rudely told me to get out and made me carry everything back to my car even though I was already inside.

I arrived on a Sat 2 minutes before 5pm just for a drop off. Kids would not open door. Horrible service. I lost a sale because of it.

I’m writing this review after experiencing very poor customer service at another UPS Store location. It made me think about how helpful and polite everyone has been whenever I’ve used this location in the past. This will be my go-to location from now on (even though I’m within walking distance to the other store).Update: I just went to this location today and they now charge the $1 label print fee. But, they were were nice about it ?

The WORST UPS store I have used. I had a medical delivery that was never delivered to my apartment that I had to pick up. I also asked how I can make a complaint because I was home all day and no delivery attempt was made. This package was my MS medicine that costs over $70k yes $70k with out insurance. It has to be kept cool so it has likely expired. I asked how I could make a complaint and was told well maybe you could call a 1800 number? Before I could say anything else she moved on to the next customer and was clearly annoyed I was still standing there. So now I have two complaints. Sketchy delivery practices by this UPS driver and the most unempithetic store employee I have ever met. So maybe I can't change anyone else in how they do business with you but this is the last time I will do business with this store and I will make sure my medication is delivered by FedEx.

The man working at this location (~8:50AM 10/17/23) would not accept an Amazon return since the boxed item didn't have a previous shipping label on it. I explained that I ordered two of these items and both were originally shipped in a single large amazon packaging box along with other items. One of these items was defective and Amazon sent the replacement without Amazon packaging, which is how I was returning the defective one.So, why the negative review? His attitude. His response to my explanation was "Well then why don't you ship the other box that had the label?" What a jackass response and one in which he was clearly suspect of my explanation. So, I’ve attached a picture as proof I was actually telling the truth along with this 1-star review for bad customer service and bad attitude. What an unnecessary hassle and waste of my time. Avoid this location.

My name is lexi, I was a former employee at this location (Walker) and (Scholls). I was hired on the spot after I told the hiring manager (Saleem Majid) that this would be my first job out of the food industry, as I’m young and looking for more experiences. I started the next week and started training at Walker with Saleem as he showed me how everything works so on and so forth. After a bit I can say he might’ve gotten too comfortable with his employees as he would get irritated, impatient, or aggressive when I didn’t know how to do something. After only a week at Walker I was scheduled at the Scholls Ferry location, ran by Irum Majid (Saleem wife) mind you she “ran the store different” so when trained at her store it was wrong to her and when going back to Walker, saleem told me it was wrong. This was very confusing to be trained with different expectations. As I continued my “training” for the next couple of weeks…I’m going over stuff I’ve learned but lunch and the gym is more important so they both would leave from each store. I was threatened by saleem my first 4 weeks in as he told me” ifYou can’t get it I might as well take you off the schedule” I have been asking to be trained, putting in effort and making notes. when I was told I’d be trained it would be after they’re busy and then leave mid day to get nailsDone or renovate their house. Who leaves only 2 employees in a whole store by themselves? Especially the 2 newest girls that you have verbally called” a work in progress” Unable to take 2 legal 10s and 1 legal lunch break( 30) min this never happened. Saleem would leave and 2 people would always be left alone with only a partial lunch and no 10 min breaks. we would get too busy for one person to handle the front and have to help ON A BREAK. Not only was I threatened once by saleem I got the best of both worlds when Irum threatened my job saying” saleem has given up on you and I am you’re only hope, so if you really can’t get it now you’re out” after this I was triggered with recent ptsd as I couldn’t lose this job. I just moved into an apartment and have bills to pay. I was scared everyday coming into work because I had someone breathing down my back 24/7 or at least the one hour they were actually there. Not only that but if they were to stay they would be in their own office watching dog videos or learning about wine. I had tried so hard to learn everything as well as I could but the inconsistent training and going back and fourth as well as being trained by 2 people with different expectations was so frustrating. I started looking for another job. As I also found out they would scam you by adding inches to the box or changing the weight. I was still putting in effort into this job because I wanted the experience. I asked my coworkers for help when it was slow, I came in early stayed late, switched locations mid day, cleaned the filthy bathrooms in which have never been cleaned because there was mold EVERYWHERE…Probably a health hazard. But it still wasn’t enough for them to get out of their office or stay an extra hour to help me. I was fired without warning in the Fred Meyers parking lotIn from of the public which was humiliating. My coworkers that were there seemed so uncomfortable, stressed, and highly overworked. There would be times where I had to put my job aside and protect myself from management because they would degrade me , threaten me, and straight up Bully me. I was put down, ignored, and obviously disrespected. Saleem and Irum you lost a hard working, organized, energetic, and committed employee. Maybe you should take a look at your indeed reviews from all your past employees and how you’ve made us all feel. No wonder you’ve gone through so many employees just in the past six months because you’re impatient you expect too much and you’re just lazy. I’m proud to of been let go becauseI’m thriving now. I don’t have anxiety about being bullied, my mental health is better and my efforts are giving appreciation. Have fun actually cleaning your own store without a maid:)

Ever since the post office closed near my house a few years ago we have been using these guys. They are always fast, friendly and efficient. I have tried other UPS stores in the area who are not nearly as helpful. I think the owner does a great job.

I have really enjoyed meeting the crew here at this UPS store. Tatiana has been so helpful with some recent shipments. The prices in shipping supplies is much more reasonable than 3 others in the area where i did some comparison shopping. For example, they also don’t charge for use of a tape gun like many of the others. The staff is very professional, friendly, and courteous. They are now my new go to shipping store. Highly recommend.
