I hate to write a bad review but I had a really bad experience with Ulta Beauty hair salon. I scheduled an appointment with them and when i came to the salon they told me it's just to check your hair and decide if they can highlighted or not.I had to drive all the way their to schedule another appointment to do the highlights.The highlights and the hair cut were not as I wanted to be. I had to schedule another day with her to do the shadow in order to erase the roots as it was so bright with the highlights and she charged me extra money. The highlights and the hair cut weren't worth the price it was so pricey. I didn't expect that .I will never come back to the salon.The Hair cut was very expensive.

I dislike giving negative reviews, but my most recent experience with the Ulta salon was my last straw. I had an appointment scheduled at 1PM and was told as soon as I arrived before 1PM that my appointment would be "15 minutes or so later" than scheduled. I was simply told to "shop around" the store and felt even more disrespected as I made the effort to drive across town in traffic to be there earlier than my appointment was scheduled. As expected, this ended up taking longer than 15 minutes…I proceeded to cancel my appointment at this point and was told "we need a 24 hour notice." I reminded them that I was just told it would be delayed despite arriving on time. I asked them if they call customers to notify ahead of time and they said "it's not possible if someone's coloring doesn't process as expected or someone has a lot of hair." It appears that no one considers time as a resource anymore. I won't be coming back as a result of this.

The last two times I’ve been to this specific Ulta the location on Evergreen the employees at the register customer service was rude and disrespectful. I guess I took too long to answer them or they rudely said oh can’t combine those coupons with that. I was like okay I understand that don’t need the attitude I just wanted to know if I could and all the times I was respectful and nice. Next time I’ll order my items online.

I’m not one to leave feedback like this but after two bad experiences I had to leave a review. I have been purchasing my product online and picking up at this store in Tanasbourne. Both times I came to pick up my order they never can find it. Employees must not be placing the orders in alphabetical order and the customer experience is messy and unorganized at pick up. Please fix this issue, this process should be seamless and quick for the customer.

Tanasbourne Ulta store is usually a good store for makeup, however today was less than the usual trip. I was disappointed. The store lacked items, shelves were empty, makeup was disorganized or missing, some of the hardened powders were broken, lipstick stains, all the perfumes were locked. I am not sure what is going on with this store but I won’t be back for a while.

I went in there to look for a new concealer and the workers in there are snobby they didn’t help me they passed me by and talked to everyone else. I had to do my own color match.

I bought olaplex No.4P Blonde Enhancer Toning Shampoo (purple toning shooo) twice there for the same costs as the company and it is not the same quality compared to buying it straight from Olaplex. The color and texture is different. The first time I bought it from Ulta after getting it directly from Olaplex, it started turning my blonde green toned when applying rather than purple. I instantly washed it out and threw it away. I bought the shampoo directly from Olaplex afterwards. Later on I thought I would give Ulta another chance because I assumed it was just a one time mix up in quality. Unfortunately, it wasn’t and was the same color and texture, this time however it didn’t turn my blonde green toned but blue toned. The second try did work better than the first, but I will never buy Olaplex purple shampoo from Ulta again. Why pay the same priced item for lesser quality. Buyers beware.

Madison was so incredibly kind to us! I’d made a huge mess and they helped me clean it up and even gave us some samples of a product we were looking at. So awesome!

I hate to agree with the other 1 star reviews, however this location is lacking in customer service big time. Everyone. There have been times where I have come into purchase something, as recently as a week ago, and no interaction when I'm getting rung up. They're always chatting with their co-workers who are standing off to the side about stupid stuff. Not being present at all to customers. Overall, poor customer service, it's dirty inside. I definitely will not be a returning customer, and would not recommend going to this location to anyone. I'll spend the extra 10 minutes driving to Cedar Hills Ulta instead.

Very bad customer service and bad attitude from the staff from there, I came into the store to purchase products from tarte that were on sale I wasn’t welcomed when I step into the store 2 minutes later another lady got welcomed and she was asked if she needed help maybe because she’s white? And I’m Mexican? The time I was there I’ve never got asked if I needed help and I did so I had to go pay my stuff and I had to ask the cashier about the sale they were having from tarte well the cashier had bad attitude didn’t even say hi to me and was staring really okward to me maybe she thought I didn’t had money to pay I just felt discriminated, I payed and got my receipt and left that place didn’t even say thank you, they need better training to be better with their customers and not make them feel discriminated we come here like everyone else to shop not to steal!!! The cashiers name is Linda!!

I ordered a product online for pickup. Their app lets you tell the store when you're on your way so I informed them I would be there in 20 minutes, then when I got there I went through the curbside pick-up instructions. I waited several minutes and nothing. My wife is disabled so when curbside pick-up is an option we utilize it. It took so long I ended up having to go in only to have to deal with a very disorganized staff. Really poor experience overall and it took over 15 minutes to pick up a single item.

My wife’s favorite store.A lot of make up products available at reasonable prices .Clean restrooms and friendly staff.Top notch make up store with all the good brands and saloon in it.
