Store is decent, wish it wasn't so crammed. Only real issue I have is the constant membership hounding, I just wanna get my soaps and leave how many times do I have to say "I'm not interested"?????

I’m here to rave about The Salon at this Ulta location. I followed CindyLee from the Tanasbourne location and am so glad I did. She’s been out on personal time but I’ve been so well taken care of by George and Olivia! My last cut with George was so fun, the chairs had great clients and you could tell the staff all liked each other and everyone was giving stylish cuts. They really focus on education at Ulta and honesty I don’t plan to go anywhere else anytime soon! Using the Salon has also kept me at Platinum in their rewards program and highly recommend it. Love love love the salon!

I understand that the staff have to ask for a phone number at checkout but if a person refuses that should be the end of it.I was asked three times for my phone number at checkout, and when I refused I was asked to give someone else’s phone number???I’m not sure if this is a company wide thing or if it’s location specific but it definitely made me feel very uncomfortable and I more than likely won’t be returning to this store.

It's a big ulta. I think they have stuff that others dont. Parking is easy. All the testers are still mostly there. I don't think they have the same problems as the other ultas.

Went a couple saturdays ago. Small blonde cashier with glasses literally refused to let me check out unless I gave her my phone or email. Pretty sure this isn’t a legal practice. I left my 6 products on the counter and left empty handed. Nice work Ulta.

They sell this giant facial massager that is priced at around $180 or $270 that made me ask, who is using this to massage their face? When did face massagers need to be 100% waterproof? Why does a facial massager need a texture vibrating suction cup? Also, why is the same thing 30 dollars on Amazon?

Received a wonderful haircut from stylist Arielle Elisara. She listened to my requests and is such a solid personality that I knew I was in great hands. ULTA is lucky to have her on staff! A great experience!!!!
