Use to be our go-to juice store. Husband went today, there was nothing available for juice. A lady, told my husband the juice was a blue razz (fruity juice) yet it is savory...Like carmel...Another reason we drive further to get exactly what we are told. Will be trying to return items, but have a feeling all sales are final...Another reason we depend on employees having knowledge.

Was in the store today to get a couple things and the guy behind the counter was amazing and helpful and they had more than enough to choose from. Great place to go.

It was recommended I go to torched illusions by a former employee and my first few experiences were good but the latest time I went in the price hadp by nearly $10 at check out p and when I brought it to the employees attention she rang the manager who promptly told her to terminate all business with me because of been getting a discount is never been informed of. Had I simply been informed of the discount I wouldn't have had a problem. Communication is key.

Used to be a succchhh a good location.
Recently, I called before going in because I was looking for something specific. Spoke to a woman on the phone who confirmed they had what I wanted and told me to come on down. On the phone, I literally said I was less than 10 mins away and to keep it by the counter. When I arrived less than 6 mins later, there was a sign on the door, in small print, saying they were closed. Someone walked out of the store, and the employee closed the door in our faces.
Before rudely shutting the door in our faces, she said that she was the only one working and needed to take an hour lunch break... tried to tell her that I had called ahead and just needed the one thing, that she had JUST told me to come to the store, and she shrugged and shut the door in our faces.
Not returning anytime soon.

I’ve always had amazing experiences with this company. I’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of glass from this place between bongs rigs term pearls really anything you need they got it! Which yesterday came in real handy when I busted my puffco glass
They had me a replacement at a more then fair price and I was back in action in under 15 minutes
Literally had to tell myself there was no logic to being pissed cause I already had the problem fixed
Will always go to this place first
