Also Stacy and Victorio review is FALSE THIS TILLY HAS ONLY BEEN OPEN FOR COUPLE MONTHS! Not years ?. WORSE TILLYS EVER!! They discriminated me and my family. And kept looking at us while we were shopping ( probably thought we were gonna steal or something). They even wouldn’t us our dog in even tho it was a service animal ?

I had the pleasure of shopping at Tilly’s with my teenage son for the first time and I really was impressed at the level of customer service we received. Angelica and Gavin truly made our experience extremely pleasant! I also loved the energy of the store as well. Reasonable prices and different brand selections along with graphic tees made it interesting and easy to shop here. We definitely have become new loyal customers! My son is usually a picky shopper so this store made it simple to find clothing he liked. I’m really big on customer service and for me it was a honor to have had such a great experience with the employees and also Tilly’s as a company! Excellence at its best! Thank you!????

We checked the time they closed before going but after looking around and picking up a few things to try on they asked me “are you gonna be done shopping soon” So I got super uncomfortable because I didn’t wanna be that person to keep them open longer, then checking after we left in a rush it was 7:13 and they close at 8pm.

I went in the store with my special needs daughter. She loves this store. We were treated horribly and shunned for taking to many clothes in. I get it stores have rules. Then we got locked out of our changing room. The employees were whispering and saying horrible things. They allowed someone else to go in.I asked for the Manager and one of the rude employees named Julia said I am the manager. Julia and her unprofessional team made my daughter and I feel terrible! I just wanted my daughter to buy some nice clothes to make us feel bad for no reason. Horrible experience!

It was a horrible experience . Taking my daughter shopping to a place she loves , but leaving feeling terrible . Felt like we were being talked about by the workers and they stared and talked in a group the whole time …….. really weird experience. I had to ask for a dressing room twice as the workers were all together chatting in one area in the store not spread helping customers

First off- reviews are WAY OFF!Me and my husband have been coming here for years. The staff is always great, helpful, and greet you as soon as you walk in & they’re all gorgeous and stylish.I never walked into a clothing store drinking my latte, and why would you?We come here for the old school RVCA gear, luckily the millennials/GenZ haven’t discovered the meaning behind the brand and overtake it and cause price inflation. I enjoy being able to shop on the clearance rack for a T-shirt & will definitely pay full price for the quality of their hats.

Went there to buy one thing and the girls who work there were loudly cursing and talking bad about other coworkers. They made me wait over 20 minutes in line. the workers were just standing and talking not even acknowledging me. Never coming back

Rude staff gave me a hard time for not wearing a mask while drinking my coffee.
