Bought a mattress from David in August. David was just perfect! He was very patient and we never felt any pressure from him -- we were in the store for well over an hour too. We had to go well past closing time to finish the deal but he was pleasant to the very end.

I was looking for a mattress for my daughter and contacted the store to get information and spoke with David. He was very kind and helpful. When my daughter and I came to the store David greeted us. He was so professional , such expertise and a real pleasure working with him to find a mattress. I contacted the store again about the delivery time and spoke to Luis. He was so kind and efficient such great customer service. It was truly a great experience from the start when we came to the store to finish when the men delivered the mattress. David and Luis are great. I called in to ask questions before going in. Both went above and beyond to answer out questions. The love of my life was so excited about the new bed and pillows. The delivery team did a great clean job of set up. We had a great 1st night sleep and many more to follow.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new mattress at the Cedar Hills location, which is, sadly, permanently closed. Thomas Gardiner helped me. He was quite good at explaining the different mattresses. He never put any sales pressure on me while I was shopping. I ended up getting the mattress that I absolutely love. Thomas is wonderful at his job and I would purchase another mattress from Bed-Mart if I needed to in the future.

Bed Mart Outlet in Beaverton is the store you are looking for when you need a new mattress and David B. is the man you need to help you! He’s very personable and a great resource to help you find your new mattress. I’ve literally been to nearly every mattress store in Washington county and even came across a drunk salesman at a local competitor store but David at BedMart Outlet was easy going and made my mattress buying experience so much nicer.
