Just met with Tina (Office manager) to talk about the prospect of staffing resources, and she was warm and welcoming. If you have the opportunity to work with these folks, they run a great operation, and care deeply about the clients/community they service.

I love Tekology. I pay them and anytime I need help I call them and they help me through it. This time I could not get my computer to connect to the Internet. I tried for several days and it just wouldn't work. So I called and within an hour I was connected again. Thank you Thank you!!

Very disappointed with the support at Tekology. Needed new radio communicators at beginning of the year and it has been exhausting trying to get it done. It has been 31 days of nearly daily contact with their office manager and we still don’t have a working system at one of our locations. Can’t even get a technician on the phone. Will be looking for a new company for our alarm monitoring and maintenance needs

I can't speak to their actual work, but I can tell you that their mobile drivers are hazardous! I was riding my motorcycle down Willamette Blvd, and the Tekology car (maybe it was a KIA) almost ran into the center island, then after a while he drove all over the bike lane. Finally, at Rosa Parks Blvd, he almost sideswiped my as he made an illegal lane change from a forced right turn into the straight-ahead lane...where I was pulling up to the light. I made eye contact with him in his rearview mirror and tapped my head: the universal sign for "Pay Attention, DUDE!"...he tapped his head to tell me to F off. I would never employ anyone or any company as absent minded on the road. There's children about. Animals. And motorcyclists. And we are all less safe with Tekology on the road. Pay Attention!

Tekology is always there for us, helping to solve the many technology issues we are unable to resolve for ourselves. We trust them to assist with equipment purchases and migrating data from an old computer to the new one, while making sure all of our systems work properly. We don't know what we would do without them!

Worked with Nate right before the pandemic started on a whole house Wi-Fi system and home theater setup. It's a testament to his work that we have had zero hiccups with how hard we have been leaning on both systems since COVID started.

Contracted with Tekology to upgrade and take over monitoring of my security system. Caleb did an excellent job. The measure of a company is not when everything goes right, but what the company does when things go wrong. They listened to the problem, stayed in communication, fixed the problem, and took care of the customer. I commend them on putting the customer first. After being in business for myself for 36 years, I recognize great service and follow-through. They did a super job. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I use them for home and business. Very knowledgeable group, especially Caleb. This guy is amazing. He was thorough and patient as he went over the various services they have to offer. I learned a lot about the equipment they installed from Caleb today and I feel that the security of both my business and home are in very good hands with Tekology. I highly recommend them.

Jeff our Tekology Technician was fantastic throughout the whole process. He arrived early and ready to resolve our home security work order! Jeff showcased quality and friendly customer service. Walking me through the whole process was seamless and informative. As he addressed each problem, he kindly explained how he will go about fixing it. I was having a rough time with some existing cameras and data room when I purchased a new building. Everything seemed to be a mess. I did what I could but it became apparent that I needed some professional help. I was referred to Tekology by a friend and I was not disappointed. These guys swooped in promptly, got the job done quickly and gave me an extremely generous price considering the work they had to get done. I absolutely will not be looking for any other "tech guys" anymore. And I will definitely be doing more work soon as too much footage is a good thing to have. Thank you again, Tekology.
