Their vacuum takes out $10 on your card! but puts back what you didn’t use later….wish I new that prior, they should put a note on the machines ?But I tried “the works” and realized why that line was so long ?? It does “work” ? got stuff off my car I thought was scratches or something.

Car wash itself was great. Love that they pre-wash & hand towel dry. Vacuums suck...well actually they don't. The suction was awful & should be free with the purchase of a wash. Would not really recommend unless all you need is a wash.

I have a collector car with diamond black paint. I've always handwashed it, but I had a lot of errands on my day off. I figured this would be ok, I'd knock one thing off my errand list by going here. I am sooo regretting this- the car was still dirty and worse yet- there must have been a small rock or possibly something was picked up on the drying cloth from my STILL dirty car, but now I have circular scratches in my paint. DON'T use this car wash!!!!!

Never used to have issues with this car wash.. I would go way out of my way to get my car washed here as it’s one of the only touch free car washes in the area.. 2 days ago I took my car through and when I got home I was appalled at results.. my car had huge swirls of soap all over the doors and the entire lower section was still filthy.. so I drove 15 mins back to have them wash it again.. and even after A SECOND WASH, this was the result.. never giving another cent to this car wash.

I have been going here a long time and everything has been fine until today. Gets my car mostly clean.
Today I followed the attendant's directions to guide my car safely into the track. I think they did this correctly. However this car wash damaged my wheel. Apparently some of the protective plastics in the track aren't protecting that well anymore. You might want to think twice before you take your car there until they get this fixed.

A total waste of money. I got the $14 car wash for my car. There was so much residue that I had to drive straight to Kaady and get a $15 wash there. Would never visit again.

I agree with that this place is a joke. My white car looks even more dirty after they washed twice. I complained that if they can help with any way to make it clean and they told me to go home and hand wash myself. I saw other cars turned around to get it washed again. Why would I spend gas, time and $14 to go through this trouble and go home wash my car again? Please, don't go here.

Great car wash, great service, but terribly inefficient operation. They really need to have someone taking payment from people BEFORE they enter the car wash to keep the line moving. Plus, communicating about which wash you want while inside the noisy car wash can be difficult. Plan on waiting ~5 minutes per vehicle in line ahead of you. On busy days, you could easily be waiting in line for an hour or more.

Definitely not worth the money. Specially the $14 special care including wheels. The wheels are still dirty and the tires are not clean waste of money, do it yourself at home. Plus at the end of the car wash, They just scratch your car with old dirty towels, so it defeats the purpose.

This is a best car wash in the neighborhood. You will get a clean car with streak free shine and it looks like just out of the showroom .At the end of the wash they wipe down your car with clean cloth.

Went there today paid $14 and my car especially the back was very dirty. The guy wiped the car in front of me and he ignored me. I was going to tip him but oh well I will never go here again. Waste of money.

I agree, the car wash used to be good. I took my truck through with the $14 wash and it still had several noticeable dirty areas. Wheels were still dirty also. Will not be back.
