Front desk lady was awesome. Gave us free cookies and offered us a free queen size bed. Wouldn’t want to get a UHAUL truck from anyone else.

This happened today 6/9/2024. I would give none star if there’s an option. We drove 8 miles and put 1 gallon of fuel back to the tank, however, they charged another 3 gallons of fuel fee- $14.95. Extremely UNREASONABLE and we definitely felt robbed. Don’t rent their trucks!!

I've had storage units here for 10+ years. The grounds & buildings are well maintained. The management team are friendly, helpful. They have been especially accommodating when i had temporary access & unloading needs.
You can rent small trucks & vans of varying sizes. The vehicles are always clean & well maintained.
Im always happy to recommend Sunset Mini.

Easy billing, nice staff, good hours. Added bonus, not one but 2 Mexican ranchero bands practice there, so if you go at the right time you'll be serenaded while you unload

Clean truck in great condition. But the best part was June at the front desk. Professional and knew her business. The best part was that she was fun.

I was given a uhaul that was located at the worst position. Had a lot of trouble driving the vehicle out and putting it back in. Same truck was available at a better parked position.I was not given any written contract listing the mileage and fuel level. Had a verbal note about the fuel level which matched the vehicle, but in case there was any discrepancy, I had no proof to show.I rented the truck for two days, however was done in a day, but I had to return the truck after hours. I called in the afternoon and was told that I can return the truck on the first day after hours and I will be charged for one day + convenience fee (20$). I returned the vehicle at 7pm. But the next day, I was charged for two days (was not charged convenience fee). the return time showed 11 AM of the second day. When I called and explained the situation, the first thing the woman on the phone said that she cannot do anything, I have to contact uhaul, even though they were the ones who input the wrong time. As other reviews have mentioned, this people are not very good at their job.I also noticed that many of the recent low star reviews got removed from google.

Never rented a uhaul before so I was quite nervous but unfortunately I forgot the receptionist’s name, she was lovely and she made the whole process straight forward and took care of everything for us 10/10
