My neighbor recommended this company. I called and they were at my house the next day! Mr. Gholam Sarpak was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue in an hour for a reasonable price! I am relieved to have found a trustworthy, capable company for my future needs! Highly recommend!

Be careful contracting this company. I had an experience with an electrician where he made me feel unsafe due to his anger issues. When I called to file a former complaint, the representative hung up on me. I would really worry about anyone else falling having an interracial the way I did so I wanted to warn anyone else looking for these services on Google. Especially women

This is a wonderful company. Ivan and Jesse came to install two exterior outlets, and discovered that I had a short in two interior outlets, and fix them at no charge. They cleaned up after themselves. They put everything back. They were just perfect professional electricians I couldn’t have asked for better service.Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair

Responsive service, called on Monday, had an inspection and estimate Wednesday, and the work done on Thursday. Crew was professional, and while a little gruff but charming, Gholam was clearly a talented and knowledgable electrician.I absolutely would come to them again, and recommend them to my friends! A+ on the speedy turnaround as well.Work done: Ran 60' of cable, and installed a new circuit & connected an induction stove.

We has a service call last friday for a shorted breaker. The serviceman showed up at the end of the determined window and was therefore unable to actually do the work requested as it was too late in the day. Instead he rescheduled to today, monday, saying he would text with the new arrival time. At 4pm I called him after hearing nothing all day. He then informed me that he would not be coming today, or tomorrow and was too short staffed to say if or when he could come at all. He suggested I try calling someone else…. Which I would have done last week if they had just been honest. So yes, I suggest calling another company who will actually show up and follow through with what they say.

I do NOT RECOMMEND STAR ELECTRIC.I chose this business because of an A+ rating on BBB. Job was to check three *** plug with carbon marks on them, check fuse box as I had been told there may be a problem and get the can light over my sink to work. On April 13 he came on time and was polite. That is the good news. Replaced the *** plugs, did not tell me anything about the fuse box, and said he needed to find another can to replace the one over the sink and would get back to me. Was here app. ***** minutes. No itemized **** and charged $386. I called him on May 2 (almost 3 weeks later ) to request he finish the job and an itemized ****. He told me I was on his board and he was just so busy. As of today, May 15 (another 2 weeks) I still have not heard from him and have contacted another electrician to finish the job.

the owner, gholam, had scheduled an appointment weeks out to fix our electrical issues. the time that it was scheduled, they never came out and said they needed to push the appointment back another few weeks. it would have been nice to honor their schedule.

I called them for the installation of a wall mount TV bracket and a power socket near the TV. They quoted $1500 for the two services together which is ridiculous. It should cost a maximum of $300. Either they misunderstood my job or were trying to rip me off. I will be very careful dealing with them.

Gholam and his assistant did an amazing job trouble shooting the door bell connection in my 1926 4 plex condo. The fix ultimately involved squishing into an unbelievably small crawl space and rewiring the system on my side of the building.
I have also called Gholam for a couple of more mundane electrical projects including installation of a ceiling fan/light with wall switch controls.
Gholam is a delight to work with, has a can do attitude, and does quality work. It is important to me that he is licensed and bonded as that is required for any work we hire done within our individual condo units.

Called on a Wednesday to have an outlet installed in our business lobby for a large screen TV. The came two days later at noon, got the installation done quickly and properly but also inquired as to the purpose, made some recommendations to pick up a wall mount and gave me time to do so. 2 hours later - the outlet is installed and cleaned up - 5 stars for a job done promptly and properly - but not only that - the TV was also installed properly! - Bonus! 6 stars?
