Standard Appliance Service technician, Bill, did a great job with testing the diagnostics of my oven. I have an older oven so he really spent a long time with his testing. I appreciated his time and effort. I highly recommend standard appliance service to diagnose issues with your appliances. Bill took the time to test it and explain exactly what he was doing. I was very appreciative because the first company that came out was not as thorough. Thank you, Ann

Our "virtual" sales experience was excellent. Chris Light was highly responsive and worked with me to find the best and fastest way to purchase and install our new dishwasher.Installation had one hiccup, not the fault of Standard TV & Appliance, as they came out to install and found a non-standard crimp plumbing used by the home builder. We had to call a plumber to change to the more common threaded plumbing.Standard TV & Appliance was pleasant, understanding, and didn't charge for the fact that they had to come out a second time to install the dishwasher. Great people to work with.All in all, I would give my experience with Standard TV & Appliance 5 stars!

These two gentlemen renewed my faith in customer service. They deeply care about the customer and the installation process. Honestly after a whole house restoration from a fire, this was a breath of fresh air experience and I hope these gentlemen receive recognition within the company!!!! Thank you!

My experience from the salesperson right down to the delivery was excellent. David Gander was a wonderful salesperson. Walked me through many models until we picked the right one for me. Delivery was scheduled for the very next day, quick and courteous service. The delivery man was absolutely wonderful. Also. Quick installation. Friendly service! I would highly recommend standard TV and appliance to anyone out there who needs appliances!!

Wound up a bit out of my price range, but delivery dates on less expensive stoves were near the end of December, and my oven has already been out of commission for two weeks so delivery in 3 days was a big factor.in the purchase decision. BUT the "Big Box" stores were just as far out.A big plus was the ability to make thus purchase without a lot of phone calls, missed calls, phone trees. I probably don't have a lot of years left and I do not want to spend them on hold. Process w as soon quick thorough and efficient. All good stuff in my book.

Wonderful to work with. Always returned phone calls and had the necessary information.The delivery men were excellent. Set up my bed and explained the remote. Also, they helped me move a piece of furniture. When they left there wasn't a piece of paper or anything left behind. Really nice and polite.

We bought a full kitchen of appliances. ~$30k. They're beautiful, but we've been trying to get the installers back out to install the hood for 3+ months. We really liked our sales person and experience, and we felt like the guidance we received was great. Yes, we have vaulted ceilings. A store that sells high end appliances should not balk at installing a hood up to a 14' ceiling. Now we get host our family for the holidays without a hood. Thanks for making our first holiday in the new house awkward. How much do I get back for incomplete install?

We’ve bought most of our appliances from Standard over the past 20+ years. The one time I went with a different company, the experience was so bad I went back to Standard. From the minute you walk in the door, you full attention of the competent and not overly pushy sales team. Setting up delivery is easy and the installation team is first rate. I can add that in my experience over these many years, getting scheduled for repairs is simple and the repair team is excellent too. That’s why I’ve rated this company with 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience with purchasing a dishwasher at Standard Appliance. The sale rep. was knowledgeable and friendly. The appliance was installed quickly by Chris who arrived on time. I am happy that I cancelled my dishwasher order with Costco and bought from Standard! I had a positive experience!!

Not a great experience with this store in terms of customer service and communication. I purchased appliances that were delivered in June and July 2022 (ordered them in November 2021) and the whole process was messy. The salespeople passed my order back and forth and it was difficult to get emails or calls back about my order status when I reached out to them numerous times while waiting for my appliances to arrive. This month, I went into the store to ask if a burner knob would be under warranty of a whirlpool range oven - as ours broke in the interior recently, make it really loose and non-functional for controlling the flame. The salesperson told me no, it's considered "cosmetic" - and that the part would be available for order around $50!! I figured I would try the brand directly, so I contacted whirlpool, and they not only are sending me a free replacement of the burner knob, they also confirmed that a cosmetic consideration is when paint comes off a part, and affects the look of the appliance, not the functionality. Being able to control the burner knob is clearly basic functionality. The salesperson must not be really that knowledgeable about this and/or didn't care to take a look at the broken part I brought in to look into the issue further. I figured this would happen, and just want other potential customers to know about my experience at this Standard TV & Appliance. The staff was dismissive of me. Will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

We purchased the Electrolux washer and dryer in August 2023. They are higher end appliances. I came home to water coming out of the cabinets in the garage. I went into the laundry room and water was coming out of the dryer. Yes, the dryer, it's a seam dryer so it has water. The dryer is brand new and installed in August. To make a long story short, I couldn't turn off the water in the laundry room so I turned off the main water to the house and that started leaking too. I ended up waving down a work truck and the guy was nice enough to come in and shut off the water. The company won't take liability for the flood. We won't be using Standard TV and Appliance again!!

I purchased a new frig, new dishwasher, and wall oven from Standard Appliance. The install and placement was fine but the installer said I could place the interior shelves on the door in any pattern, This was not true and we spent about 3 hours and then called the sales guy and he went and look in the show room and told us where they must go. Neither the installer nor the appliance manual specified this. The sales actually found it out from working with one on the floor. The dishwasher was a nightmare. Two people came out and installed the oven and dishwasher. Dishwasher first had the wrong one installed, they realized the problem and got the right dishwasher installed. The kick plate was installed backwards, the faucet hose was tangled up and would not move, and the Coldwater had a tangle in the hose. Not sure what issues there are with the stove as yet because have not used it yet. The issues were fixed after the 2nd visit and not sure the water line was their fault. I purchased appliances for another home from Standard and everything was smooth from ordering, to installation. The company who showed up here was very different. I waited weeks for all appliances to come in and they were $30 more than Home Depoe. Use Home Depoe as they seem know what they are doing, Sorry to have to say that but its what I plan to do future. After a bad experience with another company I went to Standard TV and Appliances. What a difference! These guys were professional, knew exactly what needed to be done and worked diligently to get the range at the exact height for the little ledge that hangs over the counter tops. The sales person also helped so much in getting a range that fit and would meet my needs. Thank you! Thank you!
