Stylist: For several years now, I’ve been getting my haircut from stylist Kate, the manager. She’s always a patient listener when I describe what I want done. She offers very helpful feedback, and consistently gives excellent haircuts. The store itself is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I often recommend this store (and Kate) to friends and colleagues. Five stars!

Nice people that cut your hair. Definitely the kind of place that if you need a cut you can count on.
Biggest problem is not a local staff problem....they need a better online service that reserves a time slot, their online service is only a hold spot in line service. Meaning I can show up thinking I'm next and wait 30 mins, just because they picked the next person in line and I was running 1 min later (it's happened twice).

I got my hair cut by Mary. She was amazing!! Great conversation and very respectful! I moved to Oregon in October and have kept trying different places, trying to find my spot. As long as Mary is working, this is for sure my spot! Thank you!Got a haircut, beard trim, and shampoo.

Great customer service, short wait time, clean store. Hair stylist was great with my son, helped him feel comfortable and confident in his new hair style. He loved the hot face towel and hair wash!! Thank you so much!

Hair dresser was very sweet, did everything I was expecting and was very intuitive to the limited information and guidance I was providing. The price was higher yet again, and I wasn't blown away by any means, I initially rated 4 however that's probably too harsh to give. 5 stars with really only 4 going for it, so that's probably a recommend.Kate is extremely personable. She's one of the fastest I've ever experienced, or just good at talking, it was probably the most anxiety free haircuts I've ever had, truly felt a effortless connection.

Don’t try and use their online check-in! I have attempted to use it at least 5 times and never had good luck. I made accommodations on all of those earlier days and sat and waited as long as an hour to get a chair. Today I tried to check-in online and selected a stylist. I received a confirmation stating I had an appointment in 71 minutes with the “First Available” stylist. I called to question why I got this and was told “That’s okay I have you down with Jolee in 70 minutes.” I showed up 60 minutes later and was shown on the board as having a 25 minute wait! Jolee stepped back from a customer and said, “Oh sorry Tom, I took a first available because you weren’t here!” I asked why I didn’t get a text giving me a time status like I had in the past and she didn’t respond. I went over the above scenario and she said, “ Well, it’s only an estimate!” This salon is the most poorly managed salon I have ever used. I have been going here for well over 2 years, dealing with ridiculous scheduling, wanting to support local business. I have never walked in and had anyone say, yes, right on time, welcome. There is no manager to talk to, there is no method of discussing the problems that occur. THEY DON’T CARE!! I would not recommend frequenting Sports Clips at Murray Scholls in Beaverton. Poor, poor customer service, if any!And for the question below; yes I used this business, but only in the past, not today! I did not wait another 25 minutes after waiting an hour already!Service: Haircut
