I met Abby during the spring of 2023 after purchasing a balayage Groupon. Since then Abby has become my full time hairdresser and has done an amazing job at transitioning my hair from a dark brown to a soft highlighted brunette. She gives amazing haircuts and has done an excellent job at maintaining the health and integrity of my hair through the color transition process. Abby has a cute studio with an excellent vibe that matches her amazing energy. I highly recommend Abby, she is a gem!

I've been seeing Abby now for 20yrs. Abby has always been attentive to my questions regarding my hair cuts, colors and/or products. Her concern for keeping my hair healthy is always on point. She's also the best stylist in this area in my book. I get more compliments on my style from people I don't even know. She will give you a look and color you'll love. What are you waiting for?

Clean & modern. Lots of different service options. The building is locked & you have to wait to be let in. Once you're in, there is not a comfortable waiting area... I only saw a bench in a hallway.It was a hot day, and it would've been nice to be able to be buzzed in and have an area to wait.

Jane at Sola Salon is fabulous. I've been going to her for 10 treats and always been satisfied with cut and color.

Groupon had a deal "Hair by Val at Sola salon" so I checked the merchant's website before buying the deal & found out that it's asking for CC info for booking the appointment, so I messaged Valerie that how can I pay with Groupon? She emailed me back "you can't use Groupon". Upon asking "why" ,she became rude & messaged "listen we have this conversation already , I already told you". I was totally clueless what she was talking about, because this was my first time messaging her.Then she emailed me "it's for New customers only & I won't accept any Groupon from you or your husband as your husband has been to my salon". I clarified that me or my husband had never been to her salon & I had no idea from where she was getting that.Her response" I have your husband's name & phone no in my system+ your email & previous texts so he had been here & I don't know why you are saying he is not"This was unbelievable, claiming something which is an absolute lie. I couldn't believe that somebody can lie up to this extent.I asked her to tell me my husband's name & phone number. It's been 3 days I didn't get her reply, that day she was replying me back to back & now nothing. I am still waiting because as she said she has my information in her system then why it's taking this long.I just don't understand that how did she ever think that someone would lie to get a haircut from her. Also if she has confused me with someone else, isn't she supposed to send me an apology email. My husband asked me not to waste my energy & loose the temper for someone who has no sense of respect & decency for it's clients. Still I would like to say that a business is known by it's service providers & I had a really really terrible experience!!

Not one salon returned a call to me in a two day period! Not to mention i couldn't get a live voice!! Very frustrating!

Jeimy is simply awesome as a hair stylist. She listens to you and finds the best way to get those results. My hair is happy and so am I! Patient, caring and she listens which are three characteristics to have in a hair stylist!
