“This store still has that old school customer service where they really are dedicated to helping their customers. I have been a loyal customer for years. Today, though they won my heart forever! I was missing tracking for a return that was worth several hundred dollars. The person working the desk worked so hard to locate my tracking. It wasn't easy my last name was misspelled on the receipt. I was able to get the tracking and send it to the vendor! Postal Plus saved the day. Thank you Postal Plus...for always being wonderful to work with.”

On top of that they have self serve kiosk making it much easier to get the things done quickly.
If anyone cant use Kiosk then they are there obviously to help and assist with anything needed.”

“I am in here constantly picking up parts and sending stuff back. Have had zero issues. They know me and my stuff is ready for pick up when I come in. It does upset me seeing entitled boomers getting mad because they can’t figure out how to use a printer, and then blaming the staff for their own inadequacies.”

“When I get handed the receipts with links to the survey from this location, I always make sure to give a great review. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the line moves as fast as a USPS line can. I try to make it here during off hours, and you can look at Google Maps to see the busiest times. I highly recommend this location!”

“I love this post office! I go there 3 times a week for my job and they are always helpful and nice. They do have long lines sometimes because I think they are understaffed, ( typical government short staffing) but wow do those lines move fast. I've been to a lot of post offices for my job and this one is by far the best. They do their very best to be helpful and make sure you know all your options for mailing/shipping. I even go there from SE Portland for my personal mailing just because they are so good. In one sentence, " they are small but mighty fast " lol.”
“I had hire this store to pack an airplane that I had purchased in Portland. The store person and I discussed how it would be packed. Next day the gentleman called me and recommend that it be packed different and that it would be twenty dollars more to cover the cost.. Without going into great detail when the item arrived it was not pack according to our agreement. The airplane did arrive without harm. I called the store and spoke with the gentleman that I had originally spoke with. We came to an agreement and the store refunded the extra amount that was not used in packing. Thank you.”
