Decent selection of colors and types of paint. Seemingly, all the tools you'd need to paint a small project or a large home. The quality of the paint I bought was terrific, as well. The prices per gallon of paint are quite substantial, however.

Poor customer service. I tried to buy a cedar wood stain color and the person keep asking me question. Do you want it for fence or deck? For deck? Ok we don’t have it. For fence? Ok what color semi or solid? Semi ? Oh we don’t have semi. Soild I would have to order for a week.

I have been repainting my house, which was originally painted by Sherwin-Williams. Box stores cannot match the colors. If one gallon works out well on a wall, I will get a few more gallons to finish. So far so good. I also stick to the same Beaverton store, which was also so far so good. I have bought more than 10 gallons so far. However, I have always had a weird feeling of their arrogance, and I have been careful not to look like too picky on the matching. Until one day, store was totally empty, but one guy told me that they make most money from contractors, not homeowners like me, while I was waiting. Then when I compare the matching closely, and asked some questions, another guy said that "it looks like that you are not going to be happy with the paint, why don't I take it back?" Wait, I know matching is tricky, and I know the tradeoffs of quality, cost, or not getting the job done today. I am also paying retail price, not contractor price. The color has a different shade; however, from my experience with other colors, they can turn out beautiful, if I paint the whole wall, and match with ceilings. So under the glare of two guys, said, "I am sure", and paid. I know custom colors are not returnable, and I have never returned anything. I will be going to a different store for the rest of the project. It may be they have experienced some bad customers and was super wary. I deleted my review and repost just, not wanting to be recognized by those guys, 'cause I have been there too many times and they know me. I am also from Oregon, Google location is wrong. One guy is around 30 with a rough looking face, and one is a gentleman in 60s but with a look of car salesman. There was also a woman in her 30-40s and she was patient and always very friendly.

I go here because they have what I want.Most of the people here are Courteous and fast.Except the old guy, he’s hard of hearing, on the fourth time saying it, he told me “you did not say that” yeah I did, he stopped what he was doing pointed his finger at me again told me that I did not give him complete information.Dude don’t get an attitude because you can’t hear and don’t put me in my place when I try to correct your half information.Definitely don’t go alpha male on a customer.All the other guys here are great to work with.

Walked in today for advice on paint choices for my new house. Chatted with Bryan for quite a while, he was very friendly and helpful with lots of great advice for me. Great experience overall, very happy with customer service.
