Been coming here for years. Gas service and the tire pump have always been top-notch.
That said, the pumps are *NOT* available 24hrs, 7 days a week. They are only available during business hrs for the Jackson's Food Mart that operates them (currently 5a-11p Mo-Fr, 6a-11p Sa-Su). I'll gladly restore my 5 stars if this info can be corrected here on Google.

Newly updated store, but the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The attendant was disinterested in helping. He was slow walking and walked away from me while I parked in the attended side for the gas. So I pumped my own gas. The workers took time to finish their non-work-related conversation before speaking to me while I waited at the counter. I will not be returning to this location.

Update. Google maps said it was open 24/7. I got here at literally 11:01 and it's closed, I saw the lights go off as I was turning. I barely had enough gas to get to the next place. I've read other reviews that people have been asking to get that updated. It looks like the wrongly posted hours is inconveniencing others too for months.
I've never had to wait for the attendant. The place is always clean. They're always pretty nice too

I look forward.to visiting this store. It's like going home to a family that are happy to see you and celebrate that you came.I have made a few friends at Jackson's Shell stationFrom the morning shift with Ashley .morning Manager, delightful Brianna, sweet Silas, Kevon, Ajani (male) and Stan. Stan has been a joy and is most helpful with a smile any day of the weekHate to see him go but he is on to bigger and better things to come at another Jackson's. Later on we have Triniti, Jim ,Tina and a lovely Ashley she is fairly new but joy joy joy seeing her. This store has everything I need and more They keep it so clean and runs smoothly.There is an older man in the morning he pumps gas THE SWEETEST lastly a new young guy on night shift he fits right inVisit this amazing place with the kindest people on earthTell "my babies" I sent you!Thanks for all the love, hugs and excellent service you all have provided to me and countless othersI Love you all.TRULY Wild berry Truly!!

Once again this Shell gas station was top notch service. The Honda was on empty so decided to pull in here and fill er up. The attendent was extremely nice. Altho I did not interact with my cashier friend from my last visit I saw her.

Went for a fill up. The guy was more concerned about picking up trash than gassing my van up. I do appreciate his attention to trash but I wish he would have paid more attention to pumping my gas. He let it over flow over. This has never happened to me in Oregon. That's why I like to pump my own gas but unfortunately Oregon does not allow it. I would be okay if he said he did this. I could have wiped down immediately. But now it's stained and it will need to be rubber off with rubbing compound. I won't go back!

Come-on, Google maps say you are 24/7 open. Wasted my time, 11 pm was closed/!!!! Management poor, read reviews here they always say we will fix it, months ago. It is still saying 24/7.

The employees and managers are superior! They're always in a great mood and very friendly. Love seeing them when I stop for gas/drinks
