Nina rock’s customer care. She goes the extra mile every time. Black Friday the store was fully staffed and busy. Nina helped me locate my scents with a smile. She offered me other options until she found what I needed. I do enjoy free samples, too. Nina is a top notch professional. Promote and give her a well deserved raise. Thank you Nina!

I went with my wife looking for a Christmas gift for a granddaughter. The prices were nothing special despite Black Friday. The acceptable one. We bought the gift for the teenager, and also a lipstick for my wife, not very cheap, $20 I think, and some interiors for me at a not very cheap price either.

I went into the store looking for some gifts for my 12-year-old daughter she had ordered me to get her skin care, I had no idea where to find things, the staff was very friendly and they asked me what I was looking for, I explained to them and they were very kind to help me find what I was looking for They gave me recommendations. When I got home with the gifts, my daughter was very happy with the things I brought her. That was the most important thing, if she liked the recommendations that the staff worker here gave me.

Worst return/exchange policy ever. Went to two different sephora's to exchange a christmas gift. First was told at store 1 it has to be returned at the same store it was purchased..so off I go to store two where i was then told they have a 60day return policy where you cannot even EXCHANGE after 60 days, even when its a gift. Staff at the first store couldn't have saved me the trouble of going to the other store and told me the policy ahead of time. Waste of time and money. Id recommend spending your money at ULTA instead.

Sephora at Kohl's is essentially a mini Sephora still stocking all the same goodies and makeup and products you see at any other Sephora, but maybe a bit more convenient than going to the mall in regards to parking and access. Nothing spectacular nor out of the ordinary to report. Just a Sephora AT Kohl's.

Came here to make an exchange for a boys coat. Unfortunately because it was Lands End they did not carry it in stock but the customer service rep was very helpful and helped me figure out a couple different questions I had. Ordered it when I got home online in a larger size and I was happy:-);-)

Pick up orders got cancelled. Came in and my items were there so I ended up grabbing them to just purchase myself. I also had two kohl's cash promos from Amazon returns (done different days a week apart) and cashier told me I can't use both in one day (even doing seperate transactions on different items). No where on the kohl's cash print out does it state this. The cashier and another associate were arguing with me about it when all I did was ask where it says this? Because if they're telling me it's not allowed for something but no where on the fine print does it say this how am I supposed to know? They don't need to get snippy about it. I've used both numerous times before (when my mom and I both had ones and combined them and when I also had two done from different times). I asked them to show me where it says I can only use one A DAY and neither could find where it says this, yet said the manager at this store won't let them and that I would have to come back tomorrow to use it. Even if I bought two separate things and did two transactions that I could only use one per day... Disappointed in how they argued with me but couldn't show me anything where this "rule" is stated? Seems to be maybe just this location or those associates as the Hillsboro one I've never had an issue, and usually don't here until now.

The store was too crowded and too hot. It was so hot that I had to leave the store. The customer service was okay, they didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Shelves were pretty empty.

I was very disappointed when I went to Kohl’s today to get a pair of shoes. I found the exact same shoes marked at $36 on some boxes and $54 on others. I mistakenly assumed that all of the same shoes would be the same price—nope, they were not and when I asked if they would honor the lower price (that would be the right thing to do), they said no. Different sizes were apparently different prices. I don’t think that’s right and I don’t think that’s how to build a loyal customer base.

Sales, sales, sales everywhere! It's COVID-19 time so lots of older inventory that's been sitting around for months, which translates to major clearance. Many huge racks at 85% off. If you have the patience, it's worth your time! I'm not a regular Kohl's shopper but come here when I see something online during their sales and prefer to check it out in person. A maxi dress brought me here yesterday and while I was there, I breezed through the various departments. Store has one open entrance and exit, hand sanitizer and they are monitoring the number of customers in the store during COVID-19. Inventory was low In some departments like housewares, bedding, and home decor. There are lots of clothes, and almost all are on sale, with a huge clearance section at 85% off. Dressing rooms are closed but they have extended their return policy to 180 days during Pandemic. If they are out of an item, you can use in house kiosk to search online, pay for it, and ship it to your house for free. Great service. Huge parking lot out front, conveniently located on SW Canyon Road in the heart of this shopping area, right off 217 exit. This is a mid price point store; the experience matches what one would expect.

Sluggish service ! I went to pick my online order , the line was not that long but the service women took forever to move the line. finally my turn came , and i am supposed to pick 3 items on a single order, she spent like 10 mins looking for the item and said only 1 is available, other 2 is missing, she called someone and asked them to look for , Then another wait of 20 mins and she came with next item and said 3rd one is missing. They said only option is to go back and wait for it to show up to them, then she went to look for it again and took another 15 mins and came with the third item. I never had this bad online store pickup experience in any other store.
